[Metal, Rubber] From buying High and low end-priced DW and PDP hardware for my drum kit, I've learned what many have said about DW: you get what you pay for. This 5100 throne is very comfortable, adjustable and fatigue resistant. The swivel & lock features are worth the extra$$. I tend to sit on the edge and there is no wobble. I can also sit farther back and not get my circulation in my legs cut off. For people w/ back issues I would add on a backrest. Short folks should pay attention to the measurements as it won't go lower than stated.

[Black] The Lewitt DTP was the first mic to get me interested in Lewitt. The condenser and dynamic output tail first sparked my interest. I've used this mic on many different genres of music like rock, heavy metal and gospel. My kick always sounds good! A good thump with a crisp attack that can be adjusted to taste. I bought this mic with the Lewitt Beat Kit 7 package and it was one of the best gear purchases I've ever made!

[Metal, Rubber] When I purchased my TD 25KV electronic drum kit, the folks at B&H added this throne free of charge. DW makes great products and this drum throne is no exception. Great overall quality with plenty of adjustment. Very comfortable if you play for long periods of time. The additional locking feature on the height adjustment keeps the seat at the perfect level all the time. Excellent drum throne!

[6.56 lb] Got it in the bundle along with the Roland TD11K e-drum. Dual chain makes it a bit more stable and it comes with a drum key attached to it. I'm no drum expert, so this is as far as I'll go.

[6.56 lb] I’m relatively new to drumming. I play an Alesis Forge kit and have been using a piano bench so far. I’ve managed a couple of music store a couple of decades ago and have sat on plenty of drum thrones. I knew I needed something solid, yet comfortable. As a classical guitarist, I know the necessity for a chair that facilitates my playing and keeps me comfortable enough to play long performances and to be able to sit through hours of practice. I am a very disciplined musician so I know right out of the gates that I will be playing the drums a lot. I want to be very good at it. When purchasing this throne, I knew I needed something to serve the aforementioned. I also didn’t want to invest more money than necessary. This throne has proven to serve my needs well without compromising my bank account. I definitely recommend this throne to anyone who understands where I’m coming from, beginner or seasoned. it feels very sturdy and cushions my rear quite well.

[6.56 lb] I play the guitar as a hobby so I mostly play all by myself . BB makes guitar practice all the more enjoyable. The sound quality is excellent with great intuitive controls.

[Black] I bought this to replace other non-digital compression and eq pedals. I was not interested in calling up many patches. I try to get a McCartney sound and along with nylon flats on a Hofner this allows me to dial it in. I use the Bassman preamp, para-eq's, graphic eq, dbx 160 and MXR stle compressors. I created 3 different patches, tic tac bass, plinky but full bass and deeper bass. I play with two acoustic guitarists in smaller rooms so I use a small Gallien Krueger amp or a Markbass 12 inch combo. My only complaint is that none of the compression settings have any visuals showing gain reduction so it's all up to my ears. Sound quality is great. I haven't spent much time trying out the other patches but their Markbass patch impressed me on how close it was to a Markbass amp.
