The Neewer GM14 Cold Shoe Mount for Off-Camera Flashfrom Neewer GM14 Cold Shoe Mount for Off-Camera Flashis a versatile attachment for positioning an off-camera flash with an umbrella or softbox weighing up to 22 pounds. It can attached to a light stand or hold it easily in one hand. The unique pistol handle grip has soft silicone pads for a comfortable and secure grip. The ergonomic pistol grip lever releases the mount for 360° panoramic and +/-90° tilt adjustment; to lock the flash securely, simply release the lever. Slide a speedlite flash or the included 1/4"-20 adapter into the cold shoe mount and secure it with the locking knob. The GM14 also has an umbrella shaft mounting hole for adding compatible light modifiers.

[Black] From video on the fly to higher-end testimonial videos, I can never have enough of these for use on my DSLR camera for videos. Combined with a Vello Triple Shoe Bracket, I can fit a Rode Mic (sideways), Lumicube light and a Lilliput ext monitor. Durable and well crafted. 5

[Black] The ARRI mount feature on this cold shoe is by far the best thing about it. Being able to tighten this cold shoe to my nato rail handle and attach a monitor to the front almost certainly requires the two small screws (that is known as the ARRI anti-twist system) so the cold show does not become loose easily. This cold shoe being machined from a single piece of metal is also a plus in that you don't have to worry about it coming apart after many uses. This is a fantastic value at $10! [I have received this product in exchange for my honest review.] 5

[Aluminum] I needed a few cold shoe mounts to attach Speedlights to light stands. These are made from anodized aluminum, are small and very sturdy. I didn't need as many that came in the package, but can one ever have too many shoe adapters? 5
