A: Sorry, but I have no experience with Macs at all. I think that if you want to be able to use your existing mouse & keyboard set with the receiver (dongle) that is supplied with this set, then you will need to know if what you have has the Unifying star on it, and then see if that software is available for Mac. Regarding your 2nd question, that will also depend on whether your MK set have the Unifying feature. (Some other Logitech MK sets, such as the MK270, do not have this feature, and cannot be configured to use a received other than the one with which it was originally packaged.)

A: I use it with a sound stream from the camera, via HDMI, no delay there. With a separate audio feed, if there is any delay, usually the streaming software has filters and settings to fine tune that problem. I had several lives with no problem, I have not yet tried with an external source.
