The Jabra Biz 2400 II Duo Headset with Link 265 Bundlecontains the headset and a storage pouch. The 2400 II Duo has a microphone boom that can be rotated 360° as well as a controller that's built into the headset cable. The 2400 II is future-proof and compatible with all softphone web-clients and contact center platforms including Cisco, Avaya, Genesys Cloud, and Microsoft Teams. A specially designed "air shock" noise-cancelling mic filters out sharp breathing sounds and popping noises often heard in conversations.

[Yes] My quest for my ideal headset is over. The EVOLVE 20 Microsoft Lync Stereo Headset by Jabra has what I want. Excellent mic, comfortable foam ear cushions, lightweight comfy headband, very good sound for music or voip. I tested and owned several others and either sold or trashed them. These are keepers. 5

[Closed-Back] I was very pleased with this headset. It's very light and the sound is crystal clear. I had to attached my handset to the Jabra base unit, so it's not as well integrated with my phone. I bought the GN1000 to lift the handset so I could answer or hangup. That works great but an extra cost. I was also able to connect my cell phone to the headset as well. It's tricky when your on a landline call and then answer a cell phone call, but it handles switching to the other phone. 5

[Yes] The Jabra EVOLVE 20 UC Stereo Headset is a comfortable fit for a 4 hour shift. The earpieces are soft. The set doesn't bind or press in anywhere. The mic is nicely adjustable and the sound is clear when I am listening and background noise is suppressed; caller didn't even notice my other phone ringing across the room. 5

Comfortable to wear for long periods, audio quality is solid, has a USB-C connection and thus pairs well with all modern MacBook computers (which only have USB-C ports, not USB-A). This headset provides sound to both ears as opposed to just one. It is ideal for settings where you want to block out background noise and other distractions.
