[2-Year ] If purchasing the Ronin 4d 6K. I highly recommend you pick this up. For most people purchasing this camera. I'm gonna assume you're doing run And the gun work and with that comes the risk of well, something going wrong, eventually, if that's the case, this completely takes any fear of something going wrong and throws it out the window My experience with the team at DJ. I is that they are fast. They are highly Communicate. And that they resolve issues quickly. For these reasons alone I feel that if you're gonna buy this camera which is already around after-tax somewhere in the $7000 range. Adding an extra nine hundred dollars to protect said seven thousand dollars is kind of a no brainer 5

[United States] This thing is fantastic! We had hybrid meetings, some people in person, some in zoom. Before getting this DTEN D7, the experience was terrible. Every week a different person with a different setup. Problems with microphones, speakers, cameras, and screens. We could not hear, could not be heard, could not see, could not be seen. Enter DTEN D7 and voila! Problems solved. Plus, it is push button. Push one button in the back to turn it on. A minute later, tap the zoom start meeting button. Connected! 5

[Extended] This was My second DS80 printers and was bought to some extent as a backup. I had a problem with it after just a couple of months. DNP paid shipping both ways and fixed the problem promptly at No Charge. They offer to send an exchange refurbished unit next day air but I had them fix mine since it was so new. Their service is good but out of warranty is expensive. My other printer never given a problem in 1 and 1/2 years and is no longer in warranty so I was surprised to have a problem with the new one. 5
