A: Both of the harnesses are suitable for use with the Sound Devices 633 in a CS-633 bag, but the AH-2.5 offers more support for the back and spine, and seems to have more padding as well compared to the AH-2M. I think the AH-2.5 is the better option for both support and comfort, especially if you'll be carrying the gear all day, which can weigh about 6 lbs.

A: Yes it does. However I found it cumbersome when using a long lens. The best thing is that it allows you to shoot all day, (6-8 hours) and not feel worn out like when you use a conventional strap.
