Q: 1. Does the Oben CTM 2400 come with a carrying case?

A: No. It comes with a black cloth drawstring bag that has the big Oben logo on it. The bag is not waterproof. For carrying purposes, the CTM 2400 has what seems to be a sturdy belt clip on a short 3/4 inch wide woven nylon strap that has a 7 diameter loop on the end that could be a hand or wrist loop. Note sure if it's nylon, but it's a strong woven plastic fiber.

Q: 2. How do I set the start DMX channel? It seems to default to channel 1 as the start with no way to change to another number. I tried the app also but no DMX settings in there. A: This is a copy of the manual. If you have any other concerns please contact Savage directly. DMX Operation Connect the DMX output to the Savage RGB Pro Panel and turn the panel on. The panel should automatically detect the controller and switch to DMX mode. The panel display will say: “DMX 512 with RGB..” Below the readout, the channel information will display. Channel 1: Center Channel 2: Red Channel 3: Green Channel 4: Blue The DMX512 will default to channel one, but four channels are supported. Set channel one to any number above zero (we recommend the 50% position). The panel’s functions supported in DMX mode are RGB, hue/saturation/intensity and CCT. Red, green and blue can now be controlled individually. To change modes. Press the “Menu/Intensity” button one time.
