Featuring a check-point friendly retractable compartment for your 17" laptop, this black OGIO Axle Backpack for 17 Inch Laptopsfrom OGIO Axle Backpack for 17 Inch Laptopsalso holds an iPad or a similar size tablet in a dedicated sleeve. For accessories, an organization panel in a front zippered pocket has slip pockets, pen slots, a key leash and an interior zip pocket.

The backpack has a durable protective base, and a spacious main zippered compartment features room for your books and binders. For attaching optional accessories, there is a front daisy-chain attachment system. Providing breathable comfort, an air-flow back panel and a padded adjustable shoulder harness allow you to carry the backpack, while aluminum top and padded side grip handles and a trolley sleeve provide alternate transport methods.

A: Yes, I have the 17 v2.0 and took it on a trip to Europe with no problems. Had a laptop, iPad, Canon 6D with grip, 24-70 2.8L, 70-200 2.8L, both with hoods, a 600EX, GoPro, chargers and had room for more. It's a great travel bag and will more than fit in the overhead bin or under the seat.

Q: 2. I have the asus zenbook pro 15 ux55oge, multi touch 15.6 inch laptop , my question is , will this protector cover the entire screen including the black border and around the webcam?

A: It looks this would cover the display itself but not the bezel or the camera judging by the dimensions.

A: The bag fits very well in the overheads on most aircraft except small regional jets. Under the seat fit would be tight, if not impossible if packed with a good deal of gear. The weight is normal for this size of bag. It just depends on how much you pack in it.

[2.8 lb] Wanted a good backpack for work, travel and anything else. This one is great! Not too big, looks great and has a lot of good storage. Worth it. 5

[2.8 lb / 1.3 kg] This is one of very few backpacks that will hold a large 17" laptop. My laptop measures 16.5" x 11" x 2" and slips in easily. I suspect another 1/2" in any dimension would fit. Its also a well made sturdy bag. One of my friends bought this same bag a couple years ago and uses it every day. it still appears almost new. One draw back is that there is no connection between the front straps to keep it from falling off when walking with your arms at your side. I think it stays put pretty well but would prefer a connection here. 5

[2.8 lb / 1.3 kg] I have had this bag like more than 11-12 years (bought it at university bookstore where I went). During these 11-12 years, I have been using it during my business trip, and most of time I carried two 13inches laptops with me in this backpack. What I am trying to say is that this backpack never breaks and still stay strong. I’m still using it as it is today. No extra maintenance required at all. I don’t clean it just let it sit in my closet; when I need to go on business, which at majority of time, I bring it and go with me everywhere. I just thought that this company deserved to be noticed! Great job done. 5

[2.8 lb / 1.3 kg] In week 4 of using the backpack, very impressed with it. I used a swissgear backpack for many years and transitioned to a more business laptop carrying back the last 2 years but was upgrading and needed to be able to have more stuff follow me between home and the office. The quality of this is outstanding, i haven't ran across anything yet where I thought "i don't like that". I carry a lenova mobile workstation so thick laptop, ipad, two notepads in the large pouch, airbuds and others quick electronics in the top pouch, smaller notebooks and accessories' cables in the the next one. the one after that is a little more shallow which is great for my trackball and charger cord, and the front pouch has my pens, work specific keys, business cards and other smaller items. I still have a ton more room in each compartment. It's starting to get warm here and in full 2 strap backpack mode I do still get a little sweat but I'm a larger guy, this is just a note and not a complaint. If anything changes I will come back and update but so far I'm very happy with this purchase. 5

[29 L] Bought this to replace a 20+ year old travel backpack. Originally bought the Renegade, but returned it as it has too many features and I needed a basic travel backpack. Just returned from two weeks in Europe, and it was perfect. Mesh on the side for water bottles and umbrellas were great. Highly recommend. 5
