Q: 1. Is the muslin washable?

A: It is best not to wash the Impact Background System Kit with 10 x 24' Black, White Muslins. Colors can run if put into a washing machine.

Q: 2. Whats the spread rate per gallon?

A: I don't recall that it was any different than regular paint, which i about 400 sq. ft per gallon I think. Sorry I have been so long replying. it slipped by me initially.

Q: 3. how many area cover in 1 gallon paint

A: 150ML per m3 is recommended so that is roughly 260 SQFT per gallon. This can vary depending on the surface painted.

Q: 4. I'm painting a video studio. Both for live broadcast and recording. Which GTI paint would be best? N5, N7 or N?

A: GTI Standard Gray Neutral N8 is what's usually used for Studios

Q: 5. The cross pole seems to have different sized holes and one upright fits through hole and other doesn't? Not understanding the fit? Are there pieces missing? Just have 2 stands, cross pole and curtain? Are the 2 stands supposed to be identical? Help Thanks Tom

A: I'm very sorry to hear that you're having trouble. The stands are supposed to have identical studs at the top to allow the crossbar to fit. Q: 6. When painted on a clean surface, with sufficient coats for total coverage, does this product result in an 18%, color neutral, grey that could be used in the same way as a regular grey card? I have a reason to create a large (3 foot plus) grey card, and this seems like a possible solution.

A: According to the FAQ page on the GTI website, the closest to 18% grey would be a Munsell N5 color at 19.5% reflectance, whereas this paint is closest to Munsell N8 color at 53% reflectance.

Q: 7. Will this work on Nikon d750 ??

A: Yes, these swabs are compatible with the D750.

Q: 8. Is there any way to use this software wth video? (Static background, video foreground.)

A: This software is photo, it is not for video. For video you could use Premiere Elements https://bhpho.to/2YvuYlJ.

Q: 9. Does this paint have primer? If not, is it required to prime before painting?

A: No Primer, you can use standard latex primers with this N7

A: The GTI Standard Gray Neutral N7 Vinyl Latex Paint (1 Gallon) is matte flat enamel paint.

[Cyclorama Green] I was going to go with another paint brand but happy I didn't. For the same price I got the real deal. It arrived super fast (2 days). It covered a lot of surface area. 2 coats - used 3/4 of 2 gallons for a 600 square foot of space. I'll have 1/4 for touchups. To keep it clean we have brand new studio only shoes and a rug for clients to wipe their feet before they enter the space. 5

[Water] Pleasent surprise that the included frame may be configured in 3 different way, without any extension kit (I not found this nor on Easiframe site, nor on B&H site, but only on the included instructions). The frame elements arrived in good condition, but the packging has hard vear and tear (seems not suited for travelling from Australia to US and to Romania). 5

[Cyclorama Green] Wow! I wish we would have done this years ago! I have been looking for the perfect paint for the longest time. Finally found Pro Cyc Cyclorama White Studio Paint at B&H and the search has ended! The Marketing White Room as we call it at work has not looked this good since it was built a decade ago. So many compliments already! This has already proven to be worth the wait - we move heavy fitness equipment in and out for photo/video shoots. Being able to mop the floor and not have to paint between every shoot is priceless! 5

[10 x 9.2 x 7.9"] We recently purchased this white studio paint and it was perfect. We have a 20'x20' cyc wall in out agency studio and we were blown away with how well this worked. Definitely would recommend and purchase again when the time comes to touch up. 5
