[-50 dB] Got this for my husband since we are now having our photography club meetings via Zoom and he needed a microphone. This was easy to install - plug & play except the microphone didn’t work at first. It wasn’t the headset’s fault; there’s a pesky little privacy setting in Windows 10 that disables the microphone unless you go in and manually change it. After some searching online and finding useless posts, I finally found an article about the privacy settings. Once I changed the setting, the headset worked as intended and had great sound both for him hearing the meeting and the rest of us hearing him. 5

[6' / 1.8 m] Evergreen Elementary gets a supply of these each fall since no warranty covers a second grader sitting on the headset when he fails to pay attention, etc. The headsets work very well and block out competing student noise (inevitable at this level). Nobody has complained about comfort problems in use. By next year we will have replaced all the headsets in the school-some 300. 5

[6' / 1.8 m] I have tried and own more than one brand of headset for my ham radio setup including the popular brand Y which also are very good, but I find the Koss SB-45 to be as good or better for almost half the price. Plus I like the noise cancelling aspect and they seem to me to be more comfortable and light in weight. I have three pair. 5

[-50 dB] I had a Califone headset like this until it finally died. I'm happy to find another at a reasonable price. I'm deaf in one ear, so some music is in true stereo, where one part of the track is in the left ear, the other is in the right. That means I can't really hear the song, it's cut in half in effect. Very happy to be able to listen again! 5
