A: This will mount to a a7s since that camera has a E mount. You would have to support the lens to the tripod and then mount the camera to the lens for the E mount of the a7s will not be strong enough to hold many PL mount lenses. Your next consideration is whether the PL mount lens will cover the a7s's Full Frame. PL mount lenses traditionally were only required to cover the Super35/APS-C frame. Lenses longer than 35mm should be no problem. Under 35mm you may experience vignetting.
