A: We own both a Mirrorless Mover 10 and 20. The 20 has a dense foam on the bottom between one quarter and one half inch thick, which feels similar to a standard bag like a Lowepro Nova. The material on the bottom of the case in the Mirrorless Mover 10 is thinner and more flexible, but a camera would likely survive a small drop since only a small, light (low mass) camera could fit in this bag. These are nice, well designed bags. You could always add a bit more foam to the bottom if concerned, and of course depending on how the camera is sitting in the bag, it may not be touching the bottom anyway.
