Q: 1. Does this paper lie flat (with no curl) after printing?

A: The Epson Premium Semimatte Archival Photo Inkjet Paper (24" x 100' Roll) will originally curl up, but after a while, you start to see it lay flat after printing. Now depending on the thickness of the paper and how long it has been rolled up, the paper will not become 100% flat.

Q: 2. Under Product Highlights it says, "Each Set Holds 6 Rolls", how many sets come in 1 order?

A: The Savage TPC12 Background Paper Roll Storage Rack (Pair), B&H # SADTPC12, is a set of two flexible polyurethane storage rack holders. Each individual holder supports six (6) background paper rolls, so each pair of holders hold up to 12 rolls of background paper.

Q: 3. What Media Type would I select when printing on this paper?

A: If you are using an Epson printer you would have "Poster Paper Production " as a paper option.

Q: 4. can you get this paper cut in sheets?

A: The Hahnemuhle Matt Fibre Duo 210 Inkjet Photo Paper has a warm, almost cream like color.

Q: 7. Should matte black or photo black ink be used with this paper?

A: We use Photo Black with this paper and get great results. I have never tried matte black but it might have a nice effect.

Q: 8. What is it made of?

A: This rack is made of heavy duty foam.

Q: 9. the description says, "each set holds 6 rolls". How many sets come in 1 order?

A: The purchase of the Savage TPC12 Background Paper Roll Storage Rack (Pair), B&H # SADTPC12, comes with two flexible polyurethane storage rack holders. Each individual holder supports 6 rolls of background paper, so a set (pair) of two holders supports up to 12 rolls of background paper.

Q: 10. I bought this product and love it but the tape got unstuck to the wall. Is there a replacement tape I can buy?

A: I had the same problem with mine. I bought heavy duty double-sided foam tape from Uline. You can go to their website and search for double-sided foam tape. Make sure to get heavy duty or industrial strength.

[Alpha Cellulose] I've used Hahnemühle Photo Rag for many years. Coming from a background in alternative processes and printmaking, I appreciate the matte finish and traditional cotton rag paper feel--it makes my digital prints seem more cohesive with my cyanotypes and platinum prints. This is my first time trying the Bright White version. Unless you put the 2 papers right net to each other I'm not sure I could tell the difference, but I'm hoping it will give a light more pop to the highlights.

[1x Paper Roll] This venerable paper has it all. A beautiful hand, a soft but bright white color, great heft, and, with using its mill's ICC profile, the paper renders rich and clear imagery. I've been surface-mounting my photomontages on panels since this paper, in my mind, contributes too much to my art to be relegated to exist behind glass. This is a product that I have been using for years and have found that it holds its own color and the inks printed on it very well.

[310 gsm] Awesome paper: Largest color gamut of the Hahnemuhle Fine Art
Matte papers. I have always used the natural matte papers but this time, after testing the papers in the Matte Smooth Fine Art Sampler, I went with Photo Rag Bright White. It has some OBA content but this paper will get you the most without the gloss.
For matte paper- It doesn't get any better then this.
Printer is an Epson P7570

[Glossy] I was excited to see that Hahnemuhle had released a matt baryta paper. I have been using it for landscape and outdoor scenes. I have not yet tried it for sunsets and night scenes. I love the extreme sharpness of the prints and how the rich colors just pop. I would still probably use the Photo Rag for indoor portraits but for outdoors this was great.

[93%] Pricey, but worth every penny if you need Archival. If Archival or OBA presence isn't critical, the Canson Photographique Matte Baryta is just as good and significantly more affordable.
That said, the Hahnemuhle paper is brilliant. It's matte produces rich deep blacks and reproduces sharp details on par with standard Baryta and luster style papers. All without the glare or sheen.

[Yes] When I started to make my own digital prints I was bothered by the fact that all the papers I was printing on seemed 'light weight'. I set about looking for a paper that I thought would feel like a serious medium for quality art work. The Hahnmuhle Photo Rag is that paper. At 310 grams it feels like a 'serious' paper and the prints look terrific.
