A: This paper can be developed with traditional black and white darkroom chemistry for black and white prints.

A: Go to the Hahnemulhle website and click on ICC Profile, then Download Center. The rest should be easy to download the icc profile you need.As to getting the profile onto your Mac: After downloading the profile, click to open then go to Finder. From the menu click on Go, scroll down to Go To Folder and enter /Library. Then Click on ColorSync, then Profiles. Now move the icc profile to the Profiles folder.

Q: 3. Does the manufacturer provide ICC profiles for this paper?

A: Yes, go to the Hahnemuhle website

Q: 4. Can you use these to store backdrops horizontally?

A: They are made of foam. They are not strong enough to hold the rolls horizontally.

A: This rack is made of heavy duty foam.

Q: 6. Does this paper lie flat (with no curl) after printing?

A: The Epson Premium Semimatte Archival Photo Inkjet Paper (24" x 100' Roll) will originally curl up, but after a while, you start to see it lay flat after printing. Now depending on the thickness of the paper and how long it has been rolled up, the paper will not become 100% flat.

Q: 7. What Media Type would I select when printing on this paper?

A: If you are using an Epson printer you would have "Poster Paper Production " as a paper option.

Q: 8. Should matte black or photo black ink be used with this paper?

A: We use Photo Black with this paper and get great results. I have never tried matte black but it might have a nice effect.

Q: 9. can you get this paper cut in sheets?

A: You cannot get this paper cut in sheets. But, you can get the Epson Premium Semimatte Archival Photo Inkjet Paper in different sizes.

Q: 10. the description says, "each set holds 6 rolls". How many sets come in 1 order?

A: The purchase of the Savage TPC12 Background Paper Roll Storage Rack (Pair), B&H # SADTPC12, comes with two flexible polyurethane storage rack holders. Each individual holder supports 6 rolls of background paper, so a set (pair) of two holders supports up to 12 rolls of background paper.

[Glossy] Pricey, but worth every penny if you need Archival. If Archival or OBA presence isn't critical, the Canson Photographique Matte Baryta is just as good and significantly more affordable. That said, the Hahnemuhle paper is brilliant. It's matte produces rich deep blacks and reproduces sharp details on par with standard Baryta and luster style papers. All without the glare or sheen. 5

[19 x 5.5 x 5.4"] I mainly use this paper for my black and white work, but it is suitable for color as well. The richness and sharpness produced by this paper is simply superb. I have tried a number of different papers and prefer Hahnemuhle above every other brand. I would highly recommend this paper whether for black and white or color work. 5

[Glossy] I am using this paper with mate finish for photo prints 3 years. First on EPson Stylus Pro3800 then on EPson StylusPro7900. The prints are amazing with rich colors, high dinamic range (excelent brightnes and deep black). The surface finish is mate, very smooth. 5

[1x Paper Roll] This comes the closest to my favorite warm tone darkroom paper. Great depth of tone with a slight warm base. I have also used it for color, but love the B&W. 5

[19 x 5.5 x 5.4"] Awesome paper: Largest color gamut of the Hahnemuhle Fine Art Matte papers. I have always used the natural matte papers but this time, after testing the papers in the Matte Smooth Fine Art Sampler, I went with Photo Rag Bright White. It has some OBA content but this paper will get you the most without the gloss. For matte paper- It doesn't get any better then this. Printer is an Epson P7570 5

[Alpha Cellulose] I've used Hahnemühle Photo Rag for many years. Coming from a background in alternative processes and printmaking, I appreciate the matte finish and traditional cotton rag paper feel--it makes my digital prints seem more cohesive with my cyanotypes and platinum prints. This is my first time trying the Bright White version. Unless you put the 2 papers right net to each other I'm not sure I could tell the difference, but I'm hoping it will give a light more pop to the highlights. 5
