[91%] I'm from the old-school, the one that said air-dried fiber paper was best for black & white prints. Being that I'm old-school - I'm always a bit skeptical about ink-jet papers and their claims. So, being a skeptic I bought a 20 sheet box just to see if this stuff was as good as they say. It is, it's better then they say. I shoot a full frame DSLR and have pro lenses this paper gave me exceptional detail in the shadows and in the highlights and I was using the wrong printer settings! After the first sheet I thought OK, I only have 19 sheets left better set the printer profiles right for the next test. For the 2nd test I set the paper profile to Velvet, selected Advanced Black & White and got wonderful results. Will I buy more you bet. It's expensive, but worth it. If you want to make fine art images you need fine art paper this is the one for me. I hope you like it as well.

[97%] I use this product for all of my landscape prints that I sell under glass or acrylic glazing. Rag paper gives a depth and richness to images that I enjoy and it does beautifully with my Canon Pixma Pro 9000 and its dye based Chromalife 100 ink system.

[91%] Hahnemuhle paper is the best for printing rich blacks and clear white for B & W images. There are several variations of the Hahnemuhle paper and they are all good. A little pricey but worth it when compared to cheaper papers.

[25x Sheet Paper] I'm printing this paper on my Epson 7900. It does have a curl on the edges when you take it out of the box. I had some jamming problems until I flattened it before putting it in the printer. Put on a pair of cotton gloves and carefully pull it across a sharp edge to flatten. I really like the results from this paper. Brilliant color for a matte paper. I've also been trying the Pearl version but so far I like this version best.

[91%] Pricey, but worth every penny if you need Archival. If Archival or OBA presence isn't critical, the Canson Photographique Matte Baryta is just as good and significantly more affordable.
That said, the Hahnemuhle paper is brilliant. It's matte produces rich deep blacks and reproduces sharp details on par with standard Baryta and luster style papers. All without the glare or sheen.

[25x Sheet Paper] I was excited to see that Hahnemuhle had released a matt baryta paper. I have been using it for landscape and outdoor scenes. I have not yet tried it for sunsets and night scenes. I love the extreme sharpness of the prints and how the rich colors just pop. I would still probably use the Photo Rag for indoor portraits but for outdoors this was great.

[2.87 lb] I use this paper to print out photos to sell and to hang for myself. I am a professional photographer and I Love this paper. It has great texture for my kind of printing. It is good to hang as well. I would hand my prints on this paper with no hesitation. I would recommend this paper for anyone looking for a great looking paper that will print well. The only down side is that it is not thicker so the texture pops out more but that is what the thicker paper is for right? hahaha so, I would recommend this if you are looking for a great paper that looks and feels great.
