Q: 1. Any one using this adapter with a Canon 5dm4 or other canon cameras shooting video? Curious if there is and effect on the audio - like slight AC hum etc. in the background or other issues? Thanks for any replies.

A: The 5D Mark IV uses an LP-E6 style battery, which is the kind of dummy battery this AC Adapter offers. It should work well with the 5D Mark IV. We are not aware of any issues related to hum when using it.

Q: 2. How does this work when the battery door is open? Is there a fake battery door that presses that tab in that allows the camera to turn on?

A: Canon 5D MkIV has a little rubber gasket that you fold over under the battery door. in order to run a dummy battery.

Q: 3. Is the dummy battery detachable from the rest of the unit? I can't tell from the pictures

A: No, it's hardwired.

Q: 4. The BMPCC4K takes the LP-E6 Canon battery. Is this power supply compatible with the BMPCC4K?

A: Yes this will work with the Zcam E2C

A: No, the IndiPRO Tools 19.5V AC Power Supply for Sony PXW-FX9 XDCAM is only compatible with the Sony PXW-FX9.

A: Yes, it is designed to be used with cameras like the 70D.

[AC Input] I bought this to provide power to my Zoom F3 via USBC (zoom F3 typically takes 2x AA Batteries). Did a test phantom powering my mke600 using the Zoom F3 and the Zoom F3 powered by the Goal Zero Flip 36 1005mah battery, and it recorded for over 6+ hours, and wasn't even 50% drained! (I swapped memory cards every 2 hrs). Great solution to avoid constantly buying 2x AA batteries. Used Ktek Stingray Hip Pack to suspend the F3 etc. from a Cstand/Superclamp, or wear it. Used the 2 main compartments of the Stingray to store the Zoom F3 and the Battery. It's a little awkward, (not as elegant as an orca for the F3) but def workable. [1] I use the Sherpa sleeve to protect the 100PD in my laptop bag, camera bag, and suitcase when traveling - no need to scratch it. Also, it protects the 100PD when I am in the environments - as I use it to power my cameras, and/or laptop while in the field on photoshoots. I have these sleeves for all four of Sherpas. 5

[1] The increased power supply lets you take better advantage of power supplies at coffee shops, hotels, ... In the scenario where there are few outlets, it is nice to have the extra power that enables the goal zero to be utilized and charged. 5
