[0.245 lb] I'm doing a series of round table discussions around the country with eight talent in each discussion session. Because i'm flying to each location, space and weight are at a premium so I'm using a Zoom F8 mixer, HOSA Little Brother 50-foot sub snake and eight dpa 4061 lavaliere microphones plus accessories and a slate. Everything has to fit in a carry in a small roller case and a small back pack so i don't have to check any bags. I'm using eight of the 10-foot Remote Audio cables to split off from the sub snake to feed the lavalieres. I carry a few-25 foot XLR cables as back up's if I need a little bit more reach. The 10-foot cables made all the difference in the world for space and weight constraints due to air travel. I've used Remote Audio cables for over a decade without a single cable failure. Remote Audio makes them tight and right. 5

[Raven Black] I don't normally write product reviews, especially for accessory items, but this one deserves a mention. I needed a long audio cable for field recording and there are few options in this length without resorting to extension cables. This cable is not cheap, but you get what you pay for. The build quality is very high - both the cable and the connectors are robustly constructed and will likely withstand many years of rugged field use. The velcro cable wrap is a nice feature - both to keep the cable organized when coiled and to attach it to a mic stand or boom pole when in use. All around a great product! 5
