A: No, it will not. It has two screw heads protruding. They serve as catches so the plate does not slide out of the head.

A: I had the question. This plate is specifically designed to Mount DSLR cameras, mirrorless cameras and the Kessler Pocket Jib Traveler to the Kwik Release Receiver (From the Kessler website.) It does work as stated, but is not much use for anything else. I used it to mount the Kessler Pocket Jib Traveler to Kessler's Kwik Release Receiver, and it worked great for that, but, it is not a strong mount. I used it on my Sachtler Ace tripod, and it would give a little, so I suggest sandbagging down the tripod legs if you go in this direction. Since it is a specific tool, I don't think measurements are all that important.

A: The bottom rail is OConnor standard so yes you can slip it in. The upper rails are Arri standard. On the bottom are 3/8" threads for other mounting solutions.

A: The Tilta Gimbal Ring Adapter for Mini V-Mount Battery Plate uses a 3/8"-16 with arri locking pins.

A: You mount it, where you would normally mount a flash.
