Make sure that the hook on the back is connected otherwise the setup will be uneven. I wouldn't connect a long tele to this rig,usually I'd have it attached to a monopod and if I need to use the other body with a shorter lens I just lean the monopod/lens against my body with the lens over my shoulder.You don't need to add uneccessary weight on your body esp. attached to the harness.
