A: I would get the standard. In my opinion there is no point to the slim. I'm a 110lb. 5'4 girl and I use the standard. Better weight distribution over a wider area.

A: Ye,but you should balance the lenses if one is a tele zoom etc. and the other a wide angle or zoom. Adjust the length on the straps so they hang evenly so it's comfortable. Make sure that the hook on the back is connected otherwise the setup will be uneven. I wouldn't connect a long tele to this rig,usually I'd have it attached to a monopod and if I need to use the other body with a shorter lens I just lean the monopod/lens against my body with the lens over my shoulder.You don't need to add uneccessary weight on your body esp. attached to the harness.
