A: This cage has standardized holes on the bottom which means you can adapt it to work with most baseplates. For instance, if your current baseplate requires an Arca Swiss quick release plate then you simply need to purchase a Arca Swiss compatible quick release plate to mount to the bottom of the cage. If you prefer Manfrotto then Manfrotto plate etc. Most people use this with 15mm LWS rail systems because they are smaller, more affordable, and more common but it is compatible with 19mm and Studio rod systems as well.
