If the microphone is being over-driven in a particular sound field, this will not cure that problem. It is preferred that high attenuation not be introduced on the input side and then amplified back up by the pre-amplifier as the signal to noise ratio will suffer.

The SDHC format isn't backward-compatible.Computers that don't specifically support SDHC won't recognize SDHC memory cards, and can't be updated to recognize SDHC cards.
