Designed for up to 8K cine-style image capture, the white FUJINON X-mount IRIX 15mm T2.6 Cine Lens for FUJINON X Mountfrom IRIX incorporates multiple internal and external design features. This compact 15mm lens will produce a classic wide-angle look and is compatible with full-frame 35, Super35, RED DRAGON 6K, ARRI ALEXA, APS-C, Micro Four Thirds, Super 16, and additional sensors. External features include a 95mm front diameter, 0.8 MOD gears, luminous focus marks in feet, and a detachable 1/4"-20 support foot.

Internally, nine blades produce smooth, rounded bokeh, and four seals protect against inclement weather and dust. To help eliminate aberrations and distortion, the IRIX 15mm T2.6 Cine Lens is constructed with 15 optical elements, including three HRI (high refractive index), two ED (extra-low dispersion), and two ASP (aspherical). An adaptive focus ring delivers smooth focusing, whether used manually or with a lens motor. This lightweight, aluminum/magnesium alloy lens has 180° of focus and 75° of iris rotation, plus an 86mm front filter thread.

A: This Rokinon lens with EF mount would fit and work with your Canon C100 camera. There should be no issue with the gears on the lens effecting mounting with your camera model.

[T22] 15mm on S35 is great. I thought this would be too wide and wished IRIX made a 25 or 35 but actually to compliment the existing 45 they sell this 15 is a good match feeling wide but not super distorted wide. Magnetic hoods are cool, but not so much if you are filming metalworking - all the dust just sits on those magnets. Minor quibble but the lens is great! 5

[Imperial] There are two 16mm Rokinon cine lenses - this one which is slower, cannot take screw on filters, and covers full frame sensors, and the other lens with is faster, takes screw on filters, and will not cover full frame sensors. Both 16mm lenses are faster than the Rokinon 14mm, making either a good choice if you need both wide and fast glass. This lens has a built in hood, good feeling focus wheel, and takes good images. I’ve found it to be plenty sharp fully open and consistent across the frame, though I doubt this lens would come close to a famously sharp lens like a Sigma. If you don’t care about the sensor coverage, I would go with the faster and filter-compatible of the two - bit of you do need full frame coverage and want something fast and good looking, this is a solid and very reasonably priced cine lens. 5

[T22] Rokinon 16mm T2.6 Full Frame Cine DS Lens (Nikon F Mount) is a great lens, nice flat field and clear image. Since Nikon is discontinuing so many lenses, we had to try this one and are happy to look at more Rokinon lenses as Nikon seems to be on it's heels with F-mount lenses, which we will need for years to come. 5

[15mm] I recently purchased the IRIX 45mm, 150mm, and this 15mm the color from all the lenses seem to match very well. This lens has very little distortion for being such a wide lens. 5

[Full Frame] My two new cinema lenses are for Sony full frame. Actually I first chose this for the particular focal length and rectilinear properties. Then I decided to try video making. Why not? * I've had good luck with Rok/Sam products. Not tested yet (where is summer?). These are solid, substantial lenses. Gotta love 'em, and the examples I've tested have not been de-centred. - 5

[Full Frame] Quality optics and build. Light for a cine prime, and easy to use. Works well on our RED Komodo. Smooth focus and aperture rings. The magnetic filter system is quick and easy. Also have the IRIX 30mm Cine T1.5. We tested both lenses and found no issues. The blue infinity marking really is at infinity and the other markings appear to be accurate as well. The only complaint is the rounded lens cap that comes with the lens. We were told that IRIX is going to offer the better, flat cap they provide with their 30mm T1.5 for this and older models. Kudos to them for that improvement. Overall, this is a surprisingly good cine prime series considering the low price. 5

[86 mm] I use this coupled with my BMPCC 6K Pro. Like most cinema lenses, this is massive. Be prepared for a workout if you are going handheld. Gearing is very smooth, although a bit stiff if not using a focus wheel. I own all of the cinema lenses and two of the three have decent magnetic hoods, while one does not appear to be as strong. This doesn't affect me as I utilize a matte box. Like most have stated, the lense cover is complete garbage. Pops off for no apparent reason. 5
