[1/4"-20 Female] This L Bracket is made to fit perfectly the Canon EOS R5 camera with the Battery Grip (not made for the WiFi grip which is a little taller). One can access all the connectors and change batteries without any difficulty pulling the battery drawer. I have several products from the Really Right Stuff. As per all their products, the design and built is professionals aiming at making the best and durable equipment. 5

[1.46 lb] Sure you can buy cheaper but why ? Had a really right stuff L bracket on a camera. Took a fall and the L bracket saved the camera . Well worth the investment and protection afforded ! 5

[1.46 lb] Although there may be cheaper alternatives, I trust Really Right Stuff to protect my camera. The L bracket makes it easy to switch from portrait to landscape mode for tripod work. A fall a few years back convinced me of the value. The bracket saved my camera. It surely would have been destroyed if not for the L bracket. 5

[1/4"-20 Female] I needed this bracket for the use of the flash rotating system and was a little worried if the attachment of futher RRS extensions would not be stiff enough due to the hole for screen rotation (which I rarely would use anyway) but it is as all my RRS L brackets from outstanding build quality. The additional magnetic hex screwdriver is a new feature which is very useful!! 5
