A: Yes this head is perfect for any type of video shoot in my opinion. i been using this head for quite some time and I find it to be an exceptional piece of equipment. This is actually my third head i have ever owned and love it. Its worth the money.

A: The only difference is the connection. The MVH500AH has a flat base connection for tripods with a 3/8 stud while the MVH500A has a 60mm ball connection. Other than that they are the same video head.

A: no this will not work with sachtler plates it will only support the manfrotto plates

A: 3/8 male screw on the slider will pair with this head fine without additional hardware.

A: the fluid discs are in the fulcrum points in the head as they are in all fluid head tripods, on the pan and the tilt axis

A: This has a slide in plate only.

I used these, in addition to another set of four that I already had, to reduce the bass echo in a small whisper room. These made a significant difference. There is no echo anymore and my voice sounds much better for recording. They should come standard with the room in my opinion. The foam is also very sturdy and fits in the corners of the carpeted walls without any adhesive or hook & loop fasteners. 5

The panels work as expected. Very good acoustic absorption coefficient (middle-high frequencies). The foam seems durable. I'd like to have a white version. 5

I have been using a flat standing reflector and was never really happy with the results. The V-Flat provides really soft light for fill and other subtle effects; I am able to move it around to provide the lighting I want. Light and moveable but also a bit delicate 5

Arrived in perfect condition! Set them up in my living room and they work LIKE A CHARM! Bass reflections are cut significantly. Mid and Low are also benefitting greatly from them! 5

Was surprised to see it is foldable horizontally as well as vertically......making it much more portable especially when traveling. Don't know if other V-Flat are designed this way. 5
