The B-mount battery interface is a new industry standard endorsed by ARRI and the wider industry with high voltage support and a reliable lock system.

The 14.4 and 28.8V (22-33.6V) dual voltage matches all ARRI cameras and lights and equivalent high-powered cine equipment by effectively reducing current, providing reliability and long life.

The BIVO-98 battery has a large 98Wh capacity and at least 150W constant high load for cine cameras and devices.

The BIVO-98 provides two regulated D-Tap outputs.

[1.55 lb] There are many battery companies on the market, as there are many companies for pretty much every product right now, so it sometimes can be hard to sort though them all. When I had seen the Bebob Micros in person at a dealer in Burbank, I had a feeling that it would be the one I would eventually purchase. The size is desired, the output is desired, and Bebob is a renowned company, even help make battery plates for the new Alexa Mini LF. So far, I have been absolutely in love with these batteries. As already mentioned the specs on them were fantastic, but after using them in the field with my BMPCC 6K and a Small HD 503 and to see how long it has lasted has been everything I could have hoped for. I haven't gotten an exact time for how long that set up works. But it definitely has to be a few hours, without turning it off and constantly filming. Also the usb and two side P-Tap. are really nice to have on the battery and really should be standard at this point. I know the price might turn some people off, since it is on the higher range of all the batteries, but in terms of batteries I have tried I'd say it is in the top tier of those companies. I guess time will definitely tell about the longevity of the batteries. 5

[Lithium-Ion] This is the lightest and slimmest gold mount battery out. It's allows me to perfectly balance a Red KOMODO on a Ronin RS2. Other size batteries tend to hit one of the arms. Also the reversible dtap is helpful 5

[B-Mount] Provides solid power like any high end battery but it is so light and small. I wish the picture for it included something for scale. The unboxing experience was full of weird feelings because this thing is so tiny. TSA also likes it more. My other batteries show up as solid black cubes in the x-ray but this one doesn't and so it reduced the amount of times I am pulled aside when flying. If you travel a lot that is a bonus. 5

[B-Mount] TLDR: I am SWIT convert now. These are amazing and blow Bebob out of the water. First off, I have been a Bebob fan for many many years. I have a ton of gold mount Bebob batteries for my Amira and when I bought my Alexa 35, I naturally bought a couple of Bebob B90HS for my travel kit. Then I got booked on a run and gun documentary, so I need higher capacity batteries, since I would be running solo without access to AC power. Well, no one had Bebob instock and I didn’t have time to wait. I took a chance on a couple of BIVO-290 and I can say I am a SWIT convert. Pros: These SWIT batteries will hold a full charge sitting on the shelf for weeks. On the other hand, my Bebob B90HS batteries will loose 15%-20% after two days just sitting in the case. I get a little over 3 hour run out of the BIVO-290. The LED display gives you an accurate count on the gauge. It’s fully compliant with the b-mount standard, so I can stack two Bebob B90HS batteries and a BIVO-290 at the same time on the Alexa 35. Cons: It’s a bit heavy, but they all are at thus capacity. Lastly, if you need a fast charge, invest in SWIT charger. I have a Bebob BS2 charger and it charges the SWIT batteries at slower rate. 5
