[Eurorack Module] Got this to go from my Ubiquiti rack mount cable modem to the UDM Pro SFP port to get the full speed of my ISP connection. (Non SE UDM Pro doesn’t have the 2.5gb RJ45 WAN)

You must set the speed of the SFP to (auto negotiate) on latest firmward, change the original WAN1 to LAN, change the SFP to your WAN1… then it still wont pass the IP to your router until you reboot the modem and router. After that it should work.

Works great though, no issues!

[Eurorack Power] remember to split your eurorack modules even on the buss power, you have second row and you can put your power hungry modules in that row, also you get about 70mm depth on the bottom row as there is no obstruction from the bus board, use modular grid to sort out the arrangement, I got this in 2 days from B&H, incredible timing. [5 V p-p ] Auto negotiates at 10G or 1G with UniFi switches seamlessly. Happy that it seems to run cooler than generic FS or other cheap modules out there.

[5 V p-p ] Plugged it into the uplink on a UDM Pro. Picked it up and worked perfectly with a 2.5Gbps port on my router.

[5 V p-p ] I haven't even watched the videos on how to properly use this groovebox yet, and I'm already having so much fun. It's my first after researching different samplers and grooveboxes. A video online helped me decide on this one as a beginner and I have zero regrets. I also appreciate that B&H matched a discounted price.

[Eurorack Power] The Novation Circuit Tracks is by far the greatest groovebox ever built. I bought the original Circuit the week it came out in 2015, fell in love instantly, and over the years trained myself to sequence better parts. The Circuit Tracks is a fantastic follow up with two additional MIDI lanes, newly added scene functionality, and an expanded sequencer featuring step duration for each individual pattern. The sound engine appears the same as on the original Circuit but the original Circuit had a bit of digital hum to it and that has completely been removed. The delay and reverb effects are quite useful at low settings for creating ambience and at longer settings quite useful at creating washes of sound. All the knobs make real-time tweaking a joy and all the macro knobs can be recorded in your sequences for looped use. The Novation Components editor is quite good for patch design and as a librarian for backing up your sessions. I wasn't able to use my microSD card with this, as it wouldn't usually stay in and, when I did get it in, it would not copy my entire session to a new session slot. I do think this was a defect of my unit and not a consistent hardware error. This thing is great for the studio and perfect for DAWless jams but my dream is to really get nitty gritty with it and tour with it. I believe that's what Novation would want.

[5 V p-p ] I have been using this as a source for automated modulations and a sweeping sweet-spot finder in my patches, overall it frees up some sends for me and I find cool sounds faster
