A free Roland Account is required to access Roland Cloud Manager and will periodically connect to the internet to authorize your Membership and/or Lifetime Keys.
Lifetime Key is active as long as your Roland account is active—even if you’re not a paying member.

A: PORTKEYS REC KEY LANC Controller for Select Cameras is only compatible with PORTKEYS BM5WR 5.5" HDMI Touchscreen Monitor with Camera Control. Atomos recorders and monitors are not compatible with this device.

Q: 2. Is an AC adapter included?

A: The Sangean SG-106 Compact AM/FM Digital Radio does not come with a AC adapter.

A: You will need a fast wireless AC or WiFi 6 router which is recommended. Also, you would need to download the following Roland Aerocaster apps for your phones, and iPads. Apps: https://bit.ly/3SItsNd

Q: 4. Can I daisy chain 2 units? (The 8 input version of this doesn't have MIDI)

A: You could take the output from one unit and input it to another unit. That would effectively give you 7 HDMI inputs. The unit that has another switch connected to it would have 3 inputs with its own signal then the 4th input would have 4 HDMI inputs from the other switcher, for a total of 7 sources.

Q: 5. Is there an AC plug in adapter as an accessory that can supply power in place of batteries?

A: You can use BH #HOACD477 to power the Sangean SG-106 Compact AM/FM Digital Radio.

Q: 6. Hi, What's the capacity of the backpack in liters?

A: The Roland CB-RU10 Utility Backpack has multiple storage compartments that vary in size. The manufacturer only provides external dimensions for the bag which are 21.2 x 13.1 x 9.2" (538 x 333 x 234 mm). The storage capacity is not provided in liters. The bag is intended for carrying one or more Roland electronic instruments, such as the TR-8S Rhythm Performer, MC-707 Groovebox, SP-404MKII, and others, along with essential performance accessories such as a laptop or tablet, microphones, cables, footswitches, headphones, etc.

Q: 7. How do you record your live stream? Is there a process since the app doesn't record? How can you make something that plays video and audio and does not record?

A: Coming in Q2 2022 for the Roland AeroCaster Livestreaming System :Capturing local audio/video content on each connected smartphone and wirelessly transfer the smartphone content to the iPad.

Q: 8. Can the switcher scale inputs at different resolutions? For instance, can it accept a 1080p camera, a 720p computer signal, and output a 1080i signal?

A: I have not actually tested it but it may work. The mixer has a switch that you select the output (1080i, 1080p or 720p).Setting your output at 1080i m will still allow you to input even 1080p through channels 1 to 3 then you can use channel 4 which has a built in scaler to input a 720p HDMI from your computer

Q: 9. Can our company use this switcher for gotomeeting / webex etc? We'd like to connect up to 4 cameras for company meetings.

A: Yes, you will be able to use the Roland V-1HD for GoToMeeting, Webex, and other 3rd party conferencing programs.

Q: 10. Please clarify. Does that mean it ONLY connects to phones or can it connect to other types of cameras that are NOT phones but still have wireless capability?

A: The manufacturer has defined support for only iOS and Android capable devices, which is primarily targeted at smartphones and/or tablets.

[Standard] This Roland AX-Edge package is a great deal. I am super impressed with the instrument and even more impressed with the speed of shipping and the quality of customer service that I received. I had a minor connectivity issue with the product and b&h customer service were able to help resolve it. 5

[Synthesizer] Recently got this RP-107 as my son has started piano lessons and the acoustic pianos we looked at either were out of our price range or were not good quality and/or in need of repair. Plus, the cost of moving a piano as well as routine tunings factored into our decision to look at digital piano options. The key feel and the sound are incredible, next to impossible to tell the difference from an acoustic piano. I have not explored all the additional features this has as we are focused on learning basic piano right now, but I am sure those will be a great asset in the future. Note: instructions say not to set this on deep pile carpet as it may cause damage to the pedals when used. And it came with a piano bench in the package even though this is not listed as being included. The only part that feels a bit cheap is the music stand as it is plastic and does not fold down when not in use. I am sure this will be used for many years. 5

[Yes] If you love the Juno series, this has all of them and yes it sounds just like the old ones. Its buit tough, the action is great. Building your own sounds is very adictive, easy and once get used to the layout and menus its easy. I love all the customisable buttons and sliders on the left. The knobs and sliders are silky smooth and tough. The sounds are very lush and full, the effects are good, but not perfect, the reverb is basic, but its smooth. The delay is very nice and so is the drive. It was easy to update the firmware all you need is a thumb drive. If you want that Juno sound and dont want to risk getting an original, this will do nicely. 5

[Synthesizer] Watched many review views and really liked the Roland RP701 for its sound and looks. I was not comfortable spending this much on other online retailers but trusted B&H with this type of order. The piano only has a few screws and steps, installation took about an hour. The rosewood is almost black but with a wood texture. Really beautiful finish. It was shipped very quickly and was very well packaged - lots of sturdy cardboard and some styrofoam. I am an adult beginner and the keys feel very close to a classical grand piano. I love that it has so many ports and combines a classical feel with the comforts of 2022 technology, even supporting two pairs of headphones at the same time. It also comes with Bluetooth connections for both in and out. It fits great in small spaces and doesn't need to disturb the neighbours. It has many modes, even songs in its memory, has a metronome and it can be used as a very cool Bluetooth speaker. The mobile app from Roland is probably not the best, but you can use other apps. 5

[Synthesizer] I have been using Roland synthesizer since the 1980s. I am a hard to convince consumer when it comes to analog modeling and this one is probably some of the best I've heard from Roland. The ability to stack all of your different synthesizer models on top of one another is amazing. it's very convincing and is just gorgeous sounding. The keyboard feels good and the flow is incredible with all of the polyphony it sounds huge! 5
