The 15" High-Bright Teleprompter V2 Travel Kit with Monitor & Tripodfrom 15" High-Bright Teleprompter V2 Travel Kit with Monitor & Tripodoffers three interchangeable camera risers, providing support for a wide range of cameras. Each riser accommodates a different sized recording device and ranges in height from 3.74 to 6.29". A 15" monitor, a collapsible hood, and one of the camera risers easily attach to the base of the teleprompter, and the base can then be mounted on a tripod or pedestal via multiple 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 mounting threads. The updated version of the monitor features a front tally light and display resolution of 1280 x 1024.

Balance the teleprompter with the included rail, which also accommodates 7" offset configurations. The hood slides in vertically between the monitor and camera mount and is secured by thumbscrews. All the components come in three stackable layers of foam that can be fit in the optional SKB iSeries 2217-12 waterproof case. The PrompterPro 4 Windows/Mac prompting software is provided as a free download from the ikan website.

[16:9] After I posted several reviews here Ikan connected me directly to assure me of a couple things. They are going to change the image associated with the 19 inch and they are working to certify the glass/beamsplitter. When a manufacturer calls me and listens I pay attention and feel better about the purchase... Ignore the previous posts. 5

[16:9] The flex plus high bright model we got has side inputs in the monitor so attaching the HDMI and SDI cables was easy, not sure how anyone would have issues with this. Love the folding hood and removable back sled. We can swap it from a regular teleprompter to a freestanding teleprompter. For the price it's well worth it, the only complaint I have is the software is a bit dated, but at least the software as included for free. 5

[13.52 lb] I have tried a lot of those promoters in the past and this one is finally working exactly as I expected. I suggest to use the app Power Prompter 2 which is so easy to use. Same as for prompter, I have tried many many solutions and this software is just the best. 5

[1920 x 1080] We love this new ikan teleprompter, the design is far ahead of the other teleprompters we have. Adjusting balance and mounting different cameras is far simpler and the SDI input is a huge plus! 5

[12 VDC] I love how slim and light weight it is. It makes it more portable. With all the other equipment, things can get heavy so portability is a plus. Have not had any problems with it. It has HDMI and VGA connections. It has a button that can flip the image (or words). I use it as a teleprompter monitor. Seems very high quality at a very affordable price! 5
