I have tried many earbuds over the last several years and these beat them all. The first thing that struck me was the fit. I used the setup the way it was shipped and it was a perfect fit for my ears. They come with assorted size earpieces but the ones that shipped were perfect for me. After going out walking in hot humid weather the earbuds stayed in place. Next was the sound. The treble and bass are what I’ve been looking for. You could hear notes you normally won’t hear in other earbuds. Using the JBL app allows you to make several adjustments. For me I have a slight hearing loss in my left ear. It allowed me to equalize the volume. I bought my first JBL product in 1975. Some l100 speakers which to this day are the best speakers I’ve ever owned.

[2 Hours] [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] JBL Tour Pro 3 has the largest touch screen charging case. Does a charging case really needs to be touch screen? The screen provides control for music playback/information, phone call management and caller ID. The display lets me access my phone controls and info without having to take the phone out of my purse! Auracast button on the screen enables sharing audio content with other Auracast-enabled devices. Spatial 360 with head tracking technology makes me enjoy my music more while I am cooking, walking the dog or doing chores. I like the noise cancelling feature and the battery life is amazing like any other JBL headphones I own!

[20 Hz to 20 kHz] [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After receiving these JBL Earbuds I had to charge up the case. They were easy to connect to my IPhone through the Bluetooth function. Each time when I pulled the earbuds from the case, they were connecting when I put them in my ears. My old cheep earbuds, I had to play with it several minutes for them to connect. These are well made and fit into my ears very well. It comes with several size ear pieces that can be exchanged so they will fit your ears perfectly. I’m very satisfied with the way they fit in my ears.

Quality sound: the quality of these earbuds is that they have a deep rich sound. You can distinguish the difference sounds between the instruments. If you download the JBL app you can also adjust the sounds for your own listening pleasures. After a week of using them, the case charge is down to 55%. Anytime you place the earbuds in the case they will recharge so when you need them they are fully charged and ready to go.

Sound quality was exceptional, especially while doing quick moves it was like I didn’t even have them in it sounded so real. The ear pieces were easy to adjust when needed with a simple touch. They fit well too as I appreciate 4 sizes of ear buds. The best part, I didn’t have to carry my phone from station to station and could use the case to see incoming calls, messages, or change the music. My only suggestion would be more written instruction in quick guide.

[Touch] [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In absolutely love for this product! It's a definite upgrade from previous versions of buds or headphones. I've been a fan of these products ever since I first used a JBL speaker. The charging case is larger this time, and the earbuds themselves look fantastic. After unboxing, I needed a little help with the Bluetooth setup since the user guide wasn't very detailed, but the instructions in the app worked perfectly. Once everything was set up, the music quality was noticeably better. The noise cancellation feature, paired with the easy touch controls on the earbuds, is a game-changer. Overall, these earbuds offer a great experience with plenty of features to explore!

[Closed-Back] [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Probably one of my favorite earbuds. They fit well in my ear and the option of noise cancellation or passive listening is awesome. People can clearly hear me when I'm talking to them on the phone or games and I'm able to hear my surroundings while listening to music while I'm walking is fantastic. So far the battery life has lasted longer than I've needed, I've always charged them every couple days after use just so they don't die on me. The rechargeable case is fantastic and being able to pause my music from the case is nice so I don't have to pull out my phone.

[USB-C] [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] JBL Tour Pro 3 ear buds are like no other. These ear buds have many features that are fun and useful. The JBL Tour Pro 3 comes with a usb-c plug. You can connect to your digital device with the ear buds right in the case when using blue tooth. When I downloaded the app I was able to take a hearing test. There is adjustments between hearing in video to movie, ambulant, talk through, noise canceling all to aid in the best hearing available with out hurting my hearing. The smart sound feature is nice so the sound does not suddenly let sound blast in my ears. These did come with extra sized silicone buds for the best fit.
There is a tiny screen build right into the charging case. You can change the picture shown, turn on a flash light, control the ear buds, see how charged the entire case is as well as each bud. The time is also shown as well as messages, email and more. When this times out the lock screen pops up.
Phone mode is amazing. You can of course talk through the ear buds. You can use gestures to answer the phone and disconnect. You can have the music lower and return with preset timing that starts at 5 seconds to 20 seconds. The spatial sound features head tracking for the best sound.
Now I know at times I fall asleep with my ear buds in my ears. JBL Tour Pro 3 ear buds have a stress releasing white noise sounds There is a Forrest, Ocean, night time sounds. Last but not least with the app the JBL Tour Pro 3 let’s you find your ear bud if you lose one or both. That is one of the best features anyone can ask for.

First impression is that they seem to be a quality product with excellent
comfort,sound and features.

Most features can be controlled from the charging case.
Battery life is excellent.Battery case to earbud recharge speed is fast!

I have been looking for a comfortable way to walk around
with the ability to listen to my music and answer my phone without
looking like I'm an Airline Flight Controller.
These earbuds work great for that purpose. The noise cancelling
feature blocks out many background noise,such as a fan,car engine,
ambient noise. You can put these in and select noise cancelling mode to just block out everything so you can take a nap.
Various size ear tips are included (a foam tip as well) so take your time to find the right ones.
They do fit comfortably once you choose the right size.

I have used these while working construction.Cuts down on some power tool sounds.
Easy to just tap one of the earbuds to pause the music and hear what someone is saying.

These earbuds are great when you're just relaxing or traveling and using
your phone. Two way audio is great. The other party on phone never knows
I'm talking through earbuds. Noise cancelling while talking to someone
works great! I have hearing issues and the noise cancelling makes the
other person's voice stand out and much easier to understand. "HUH?" and "what?" are slowly disappearing from my vocabulary.

Bottom line,
You have to read the instruction guide as there are many functions you can access by just tapping the left or right earbud to do things such as pause,change noise cancelling,skip to the next song etc etc.
Seems I am still finding features on these even after a few weeks of use!
Great earbuds,many features,excellent sound and build quality.
Learning curve to access some of the more in depth features.

[Black] [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the pair for around a month, mainly used it for Gym running and had some business talk with it. Connecting the ear pieces are easy and convenient, battery life is great lasted more then 12 hours of a full day using. Sound quality is great, great bass and and the high tones are great!

[32 Ohms] [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had an older pair of Bluetooth earbuds these replaced, and these remedied pretty much every issue I've had with wireless earbuds.

These sound genuinely powerful and punchy, something wireless earbuds haven't really delivered on yet.

Despite their sound, their form factor is quite slim and comfy. They are perhaps slightly too large to sleep in, but are definitely comfortable to exercise in.

The touch controls work alright. They didn't frustrate me. The instructions were easy to follow.

The variety of cables included for every situation is very nice.
