This space gray Director's Monitor Core Bracket from Kondor Blue is a lightweight and compact bracket that mounts to either the top or bottom of your monitor via a NATO connector, which provides a quick release function to keep your setup easy and smooth, as well as multiple options for adding accessories, such as a V-mount battery plate and more. A dual 15mm rod clamp ensures your monitor isn't sagging when mounted on the 15mm rod of the separately available Director's Monitor Indie or Pro kits.

Multiple 1/4"-20 and ARRI-style mounts provide ample accessory mounting options, and a single cold shoe slot gives you a solid mounting option for a microphone, audio recorder, or wireless transmitter. The sturdy aluminum bracket includes a magnetically integrated 3mm Allen key for tightening/loosening the rod clamp via the built-in bolts.

Q: 1. Will this work for a BMPCC 4K, and more specifically with the NEEWER battery grip? I know that's a specific question, but I tried the SmallRig cage for battery grips and it was just slightly off and couldn't accommodate the battery grip I have.

Q: 2. Would an 18 mm lens be used to shoot when a 28mm lens is needed?

A: The Pixii A2572+ Rangefinder Camera (128GB, Matte Black) is an APS-C cropped size sensor camera. An 18mm M mount lens attached to the camera crops by 1.5 times, making the lens more like a 27mm lens.

Q: 3. This product was working fine and then as I was preparing for a shoot it no longer would power my camera. All the connections are good and I used a normal battery which worked just fine. Any ideas why this product would just stop working?

Q: 6. What power cable is supplied? Is the PSU linked with a kettle plug, figure 8 cable or does it mount directly into wall?

A: The supplied power is a power supply with one cable that connects to the dock and the other cable is the AC cable that connects to a wall outlet.

Q: 7. What size water bottle can the pocket hold?

A: The side pocket on the Ruggard Compact DSLR Backpack V2 (Gray and Blue) can hold up to a 80mm diameter water bottles.

Q: 8. Will this device work with my 2016 Macbook (which only has a single USB-C port)?

A: Yes, USBC is an agnostic standard for the most part. This unit is compatible with any USBC equipped device.

Q: 9. Can this be used as an audio aux cable too?

A: TY Tim Z, but I guess if you're using it as an aux. cable from an old cellphone, it will carry the sound, and you can use it as an adapter to 3.5mm to record into a recorder/computer mic jack. God Bless.

Q: 10. When I use a VAVA hub with my chrome book and send my HDMI video to an external monitor I need to use the external monitors audio jack to get sound. Can I use the CalDigit TS3 in a similar dual monitor setup and use the microphone input to do a Zoom meeting?

[Space Gray] I really like this handle. It has excellent build quality. There are a number of mounting points on the handle - I would rarely use them, but if I ever need them, having them is a plus. The rubber grip portion has a soft texture, but it is still a solid, firm grip. I have medium-sized hands, and this handle is perfect for my hand size as well as how I like to hold the handle. If you want to hold your camera rig handle like a medieval claymore, this may not be the handle for you. If you hold camera rig handles like I do - with my thumb on the backside, over the enamel Kondor badge in this case - you might find it quite comfortable. 5

[Space Gray] This is a great design for when you need to quickly make an adjustment but you're holding your camera and only have one hand. Just push it where you need it and keep going. Tension is adjustable. I love my Manfrotto ballhead mount but in a run and gun situation it slows me down to put the camera down and adjust with 2 hands. This is the perfect alternative. 5

[Aluminum] I own and love many Kondor Blue products, and the Talon Top Handle has to be one of my favorites. I'm surprised no one has reviewed this thing yet. In a seemingly endless sea of camera rig brands and products, this handle stands out for it's clever design and superb functionality. It's a little heavier than some similar-sized handles, but it feels nice and compact. By putting the vertical support between your first and middle fingers, you have a grip that feels more secure. I have medium-sized hands, and my hand fits the split design perfectly. If you have big ol' bear paws, your pinkie may hang off the end. The firm but rubbery pad is comfortable. There is an excellent variety of mounting options that includes a 1/4-20 mount, two 1/4-20 mounts with locating pins, a 3/8 mount with locating pins, two combo 3/8 mounts with locating pins and 1/4-20 inserts, two cold shoes and two NATO lengths. And, a built-in wrench and a bubble level. I own two of these for my R5C and C70 cameras. In my humble opinion, one of the best-designed top handles out there. 5

[Space Gray] Kondor Blue is the brand I prefer for all my camera rigging. They are well built, durable, and stay super secure in rugged environments. I primarily do sports video work and so these things need to keep my stuff in place at all times. I haven’t got time to fiddle diddle with attachments. 5

[0.29 lb] I love that this is so adjustable for weight and orientation. I had a basic nato monitor mount and found it to be too bulky for travel to leave attached. 5

[Space Gray] This monitor mount is as compact as it gets. I thought they must have sent me the wrong thing when I saw the little box! Compactness and strength are the most important things her, and this excels at both! It's like half the size of the Smallrig mounts. 5
