The sound quality for such a small speaker is impressive and it lasts for between 6-8 hours per charge for me. When the weather was a little chillier I would hike with it in the pouch of my hoodie and now that it’s warmer it fits in the cell phone pocket of my shorts. I use it everyday when taking my dogs for a hike.

[Fabric, Plastic] [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The speaker itself is incredibly compact (see pictures). At less than 4 inches wide and about 1.5 inches thick, it's a great companion to have wherever you go.
It stood out the most while golfing. I bought a small carabiner clip to attach the speaker to my golf bag and I can't describe how perfect it was: out of the way, terrific and clear sound with deep bass and plenty of volume. The speaker easily lasted the entire round and most of the way into a round the next day.
Also, I found this speaker to be extremely nice to bring hiking, working in the garage, and cleaning up around the house. I was very pleasantly surprised to hear the quality of the sound (even at high volumes) in an array of spaces and the speaker had plenty of power to keep going. Anyone looking for anything from a small desk speaker to a tag along for adventures, this speaker is the right one.

[0.68 lb] [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this JBL go 4 i use it mostly at work, and the volume is pretty loud, what i also like is that you can use the jbl app and has an option to turn on a volume boost which helps because in my shop it can get really loud sometimes because of our tire machines. I also tried it in the shower took the water pretty good just noticed that when it gets soaked or put in water the sound gets muffled a little but all i did was shake the water out the speaker and original sound came back right away i like that. Its also very portable fits perfect in my sweater pocket or jean pockets battery life is very good if you listen to it at normal levels, i like mine loud and both spanish and english music sounds very good

[90 Hz to 20 kHz] [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] JBL Go 4 looks small, portable, yet very Powerful. It has the trademark JBL’s punchy base which makes any song a treat to listen to.
The sound quality is excellent, build quality is the best, looks cute yet delivers an amazing music experience.
Battery works for 7-9 hours, which is a lot and you don’t have to charge it too often.
I use it in my shower and never had any issues with the waterproofing.

It takes 3 hours to charge and in return you get a 7 hours power life. JBL Go 4 is the ideal size speaker for on the go fitting perfectly in your hand and comes with a small loop that can be used to attach a hook and clip to bags or whatever you would like. Set up took less than a minute, only 2 steps and was extremely simple. While the size of the speaker may be small the sound is mighty! The sound is crystal clear even at the maximum volume, it does not become distorted. With the app you are able to control the equalizers on your speaker for your own personalized pleasure. The design is aesthetically pleasing and durable. One of my favorite features is that this speaker is waterproof (1m for a duration of 30 minutes) which makes it perfect for taking to the pool or beach. I love my JBL Go 4 the sound is incredible and an easy and convenient speaker to bring the music party where ever you go.

Right out of the sustainable packaging, this speaker was easy to set up and pair, the JBL app offered additional controls for EQ and Playtime Boost. I did not like the sound quality with the play time boost, you sacrifice the richness of the JBL Signature sound, so don't forget to charge the speaker before the party. I really want to add a second speaker to make use of the stereo group, this will be a great setup for campfire nights. I love the styling with the big JBL logo and the orange trim. The finger loop works great for secure carrying. For this price point, this speaker can not be beat!

It sounds just as good as the charge 5 but in a smaller package really am enjoying enjoying it, especially after the software update on the JBL portable app definitely a must have for your portable

[7 Hours] [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was hoping this would be a convenient grab and go speaker - it turned out to be that and a whole lot more! The JBL GO4 ROCKS!!! I was very impressed at the sound and the quality packed into this little speaker. It can hold its weight against some speakers 2 to 3 times it's size. Connected easily and works well with the JBL app. I also like the fact that it comes with the latest Bluetooth technology Auracast which allows you to connect other speakers, even different types that also utilize this new technology. Long battery life of up to 7 hours is also great in a speaker this size. It is also waterproof and dustproof so you don't have to worry about it on your adventures, bike rides, hiking, pool, pickleball, walks, you name it.

[5.3] I used to buy nothing but Bose products and replacing it every 8 months because they would break. Now i changed to JBL and the sound is substantially better, while the price is also unmatchable. I am in the music business and I have replaced all my equipment with JBL. So I say no to Bose, and yes to JBL.
