The Sennheiser EW-DP SKP Wireless Transmitter/Recorder 470-526 MHzis a digital plug-on wireless transmitter equipped with a built-in recorder and compatible with EW-D Series receivers. It can be attached to a handheld microphone of your choice for man-on-the-street interviews or to a shotgun mic for wireless booming. The plug-on provides 48V phantom power, giving you the option to use a condenser microphone. There is also a 3.5mm mic input for connecting a lavalier mic. The EW-DP SKP can also be used as a standalone recorder with audio files recorded onto a microSD card (available separately).

[Plug-On] Thid microphone is by far the best Microphone that I have ever owned. Built tough and durable. Has a greater distance then other in the same Frequency range. this complete system is the way to go and I have all three peace's. stick mic body pack and receiver. [14 x 3.6 x 3.2"] I am very pleased with the quality of this Transmitter-Receiver package. They don't give it away but it's worth the price. I coupled the Transmitter with a CANON model KSM8 dynamic Mic. I also have a SENNHEISER MODEL MKE600 shotgun mic for very noisy venues like being on-field FOOTBALL for NCAA games. It also works perfectly as the MKE600 has built in phantom power to service the Mic design. This combination is perfect for handheld interviews with coach staff, with a screaming crowd. 5

[Plug-On] We all know this is the name to beat! Originally bought the receiver and handheld mic. Should’ve bought the full combo, because I came back to buy the body pack because I was so pleased with the original purchase of the receiver and handheld mic. Untouchable in my opinion. Clicks off all the boxes. The only question I am uncertain of, the salesman pushed me toward the less expensive off brand Sonal lapel mic, other than the Senn. It is awesome, very study and quality sound, but just curious of the difference with the Senn lapel would have made. Have read reviews the Sonal is better, sound and build quality So I am banking on that. Overall, don’t be scared to make the purchase. This is a brand to trust. 5

[470 to 526 MHz ] Been using these on SM58 microphones for live performances and when recording audio for video projects. Never had a problem using them. They've been very reliable. 5

[1x Internal] Did not have much time to set this unit up for a video shoot. Put the batteries in, plugged in the mic and it synced up. No interference with perfect sound quality. 5

[Plug-On] need an extra bit of audio recorded on the go? Plug it in, hit record, and you'll have a surprisingly good quality file later. Sure, it's a bummer that you can't listen to it as you record unless you get the receiver unit, but I have been loving this as a stand-alone, quick option to get an extra sound source in a pinch. 5
