Compatible with most iOS and Android devices, the FotodioX 62mm Ninja Filter Adapter Kitfrom FotodioX 62mm Ninja Filter Adapter Kitlets you use virtually any filter with your smartphone or tablet. With a 62mm filter thread, the advantage of being able to use a larger filter is that it will not vignette when used with an extremely wide-angle lens. The adapter opening is also large enough to accommodate the multiple lenses that smart devices have, without needing make adjustments when switching lenses.

The included Ninja Magnetic Core, which can be rotated for horizontal or vertical shots, attaches to the back of your device or its case. For phones with less metal in them, large and small metal plates are included, which are then inserted against the back of the interior of your phone's case. Or, use the included peel & stick adhesive to attach one of the metal plates directly to your phone. The kit also allows for more flexible accessory placement, so your screen will not be partially covered.

A: You can make spherical panoramas. This mount is designed to make complex panoramas with out stitching artifacts.

Q: 3. Is it possible to use this device with a star tracker?

A: GoTo telescopes (star trackers) are mount for a telescope that incorporate the tracking mechanism.There is no accommodation for connecting a tripod head to this arrangement.

Q: 4. B4 puts image 48 mm behind flange. Will this mount put image at C standard sensor plane?

A: yes the purpose of this adapter is mounting the lens at it's correct flange distance

Q: 5. Will the Fotodiox Pro Nikon F Large Format 4 x 5 Adapter mount with no problem on the Sinar P2 Rear Standard ?

A: It should. the 2 silver tabs on the side of the ground glass will remove the ground glass, then the Fotodiox will mount where the ground glass was.works great on my combo legend.

Q: 6. Is it possible to attach and Arca Swiss? It appears that it was designed to screw into a camera which could take more time to mount. Thanks

A: This unit has a plate that attaches to the camera and the is attached to the main arm via a tightening knob. An arca plate won't work and adding a clamp would throw off the balancing and the positioning of the camera..

Q: 7. I already have an indexing rotary base with interval settings. Is there a version of this Nodal Ninja without the rotary base?

The sturdy build gives me reliable and repeatable rows and columns no matter what lens I use. The built-in bubble level over dead center really helps. The supplied rail stops are great for unpacking on site and allowing a quick set-up. 5

[Aluminum] we use the system with a Canon 5DRS w/ fisheye to create 360 tours for real estate -- works great. It didn't come with any instructions as I recall (did have a bunch of spare parts), but many vids exist on the subject and it was ready-to-use as it was regardless. 5

[Aluminum] I use the Nodal Ninja 6, professionally photographing interiors, for high end real estate virtual tour and panoramic images. The workmanship is good the markings are accurate and adjustments hold secure full frame DSLR bodies. You must have a good quality tripod to get the full benefit of the product. Unlike many other panoramic heads, adjustment for parallax can be done easily. 5

[Aluminum] I didn’t think I had any business buying the RRS Pano package because I didn’t yet make money with panoramas, so I decided to try and be “cool” (cheap) and cobble one together with Hejnar photo rails, FLM rotator, and B2-LR-II clamp. Because my contraption didn’t have an easy release knob for the Nodal slide, like the Nodal Ninja has, I only used it a few times. It’s been sitting in a fancy pelican case with molded foam doing about nothing... When I got the Nodal Ninja NN6 in, I put it to use almost immediately. It’s much more compact, it’s designed to work together, and everything just seem to work more smoothly. As I took it apart I realized that there were subtle improvements and changes that they have made that would’ve been impossible for me to implement with a DIY solution. I’m super happy that I bit the bullet and got something dedicated for Purpose of panoramas. My first, and every panorama since then has come out beautifully. And as for the gentleman that needed a manual for his son, I studied for weeks watching Lester Picker tutorials, RRS videos, And reading most resources I could get my hands on. Just get on YouTube and it’ll make sense. 5

[Aluminum] The 6 in very nicely made. I did put my race Swiss on it because my camera moved some. Outside that, I love how stable it is after you tighten every thing down. This is a good buy and a person would Would buy the 6, they will be happy with it.. J. Payne 5
