These Gold mount Core SWX Helix Retrofit Plates for Teradek MAX Gold Mountfrom Core SWX Helix Retrofit Plates for Teradek MAX Gold Mountenable safely powering your Teradek MAX transmitter from the same battery that you are using to power your high-voltage Digital-Cine camera. As the MAX Transmitter supports 14 VDC battery systems and has a top-voltage range of 28 VDC, it becomes increasingly dangerous to power it from the same batteries that you use for cameras that can handle input voltage up to 33.4 VDC.

This retrofit kit replaces the original plates on your MAX transmitter, and has Gold mount plates on both sides. The kit also features a 2-pin LEMO connector that outputs 12 VDC, which is safe for your transmitter.

[0.75 lb] Given the limits on size and number of Li-Ion batteries you can travel with on a plane this is the charger I have been waiting for: in most use cases it allows you to charge batteries faster than you can discharge batteries - with a few catches. It can draw up to 8 amps so you need a decent circuit to plug into. Also it's not the most inexpensive charger in the Core lineup but I think it could pay for itself with this kind of performance. Recently had a day on Steadicam powering an Alexa 35 with a Teradek Bolt 6LT and Arri focus motor. We were able to rotate between just two 150wh batteries the whole day. It was great. One nit pick: the fuse holder on the back protrudes a bit and isn't the most sturdy. It just got catch on the foam in a case and broke a retaining clip. Easy fix and pretty simple to work around. As long as it holds up this is The One! 5

[0.75 lb] Swapped to this plate from old v-mount plate on an Alexa XT. Working well and the Anton Bauer Dionics sit snugly on the back without any play. Battery info is transmitted to the camera display, which is also nice. A good upgrade! 5

[0.75 lb] My tilta battery plate eventually stopped working (which is a pretty terrible thing to have happen when shooting). This still works from when I got it when it first came out. Word of warning--the lemo port on this will not work with a Tilta Lemo cable. The tilta cable got stuck, and would not come out. I ended up buying a second one of these because of that, and used a different lemo, so it all worked out in the end. Anyhow, I liked this better than my titla plate. 5
