[27"] This monitor is most certainly well rounded and equipped to handle the creative who needs color accuracy and screen real estate but also wants to tackle some gaming. everything looks vibrant and sharp. I have edited several photo sessions and edited a couple video projects since purchase and colors come out looking just like they did during workflow. I would recommend to calibrate this monitor though as i plan to do the same. My only issue is not with the monitor but my brain as i have worked on a curved for a few years and this being flat i am seeing the the flat panel as curved backwards lol.

[Yes, 2x 2 W] I could hardly believe how good the color looks, and of course the 4k speaks for itself!

[IPS-Type LCD] Let me preface this review by saying that I have used a lot of monitors in the last few years all the way from $100-$450, All types of panels from VA, IPS and TN. All types of resolutions from 1080p, 3440x1440, 1440p, 4k.

I haven't owned a BenQ monitor before this, That being said I watched quite a few reviews on youtube and this one came highly recommended as the best value 1080p gaming monitor of 2023, 400 nits at this price point is unheard of and it's VERY bright which I like.

The monitor is a bit chunky compared to some others but that really doesn't matter to me as the stand and overall build quality feels more like 300$ not 120$.

I can't stress enough of how good of a deal this monitor is at $120.

Pros:
Packaged well to avoid damage.
Amazing stand that feels very stable with no wobble.
Very bright screen 350-400 Nits.
No dead pixels out of the box.
Comes with both HDMI and DP cables.
Built-in USB 3.0 Hub with cable.

Cons:
I don't like the orange accents on the stand but what can you do.

[144 Hz] Using on an Asus Chrome box with the included HDMI cable. Was no problem to hook up and get started. Great picture and plenty of adjustments on monitor to get my brightness and tint where I want it. Stand arms are long but there is extra desk space where a normal stand would be so it is a win for me. Would buy this again.

[100 x 100 mm] This is my first professionally tuned monitor. Expensive, yes! Worth it, yes! Before getting this monitor I've have to review my clips on a TV to ensure my color grades were accurate. The SW272U has several presets to match other monitor sources so you know that when you grade on the preset it will match other monitor sources that will be viewed. No I have consistent colors in my workflow and after exports. This saved me a lot of time from having to do re-adjustments do to very technical monitor calibrations.

[27"] I have been holding off printing a number of larger (13x19) images on my Epson SureColor P800 due to concerns over mismatches between screen images on my older HP Dreamcolor monitors and printer output. I didn’t want to waste (expensive) ink and paper what, if feared would be, a lot of trial and error tests.

After a couple of simple small prints, I found the monitor was (almost) spot on - just a hair lighter than the print but very color true. It’s enough to give me the confidence to embark on a bunch of prints.

Really like the range of display depths, ease of changing color spaces, and overall design. The G3 puck makes control of the parameters of the display a breeze.

Only nit to pick is the USB ports located on the bottom of the screen are a pain to use.

[IPS-Type LCD] Despite the hefty price tag, I gave it a try because I have had a BenQ Gaming monitors from long ago which lasted till now when I figured its time to upgrade to the newer techs. 165Hz and curvature really made gaming more immersive & oh man, the speakers were really a great addition. Hear for yourself, I never knew speakers would make such a difference in the overall gaming experience. It is premium in build from every angle....despite the price lol, but it's worth it I'd say
