[3.8 V] [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The JBL Go 4 in the box… the speaker and a 12” charging cord, quick start guide booklet and safety instruction/warranty booklet. It takes 3 hours to charge and in return you get a 7 hours power life. JBL Go 4 is the ideal size speaker for on the go fitting perfectly in your hand and comes with a small loop that can be used to attach a hook and clip to bags or whatever you would like. Set up took less than a minute, only 2 steps and was extremely simple. While the size of the speaker may be small the sound is mighty! The sound is crystal clear even at the maximum volume, it does not become distorted. With the app you are able to control the equalizers on your speaker for your own personalized pleasure. The design is aesthetically pleasing and durable. One of my favorite features is that this speaker is waterproof (1m for a duration of 30 minutes) which makes it perfect for taking to the pool or beach. I love my JBL Go 4 the sound is incredible and an easy and convenient speaker to bring the music party where ever you go.

[0.685 lb] [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This speaker was smaller than expected! Let me tell you that for its size the JBL Go 4 puts out an amazing sound! This is the smallest JBL speaker I own but it quickly became my favorite, always have it playing music on my work desk. The portability and sound quality makes this little speaker an always win. Starting off with the sound, the bass is definitely there and the vocal are really clear. The JBL Portable app makes it easy to update and tune the sound, I tried all the EQ presets and the JBL Signature EQ is my favorite since it balances everything and makes my music sound very good! The buttons on the unit are easy to locate and press. The one thing I don't like is the loop, it limits the object I can hang the speaker from, a clip or carabiner would have been great to give me more option to hang the speaker. Overall I'm really happy with this speaker and now I can take this speaker with me everywhere since it's easy to fit in a backpack or large pocket. Keep up the good work JBL!

It sounds just as good as the charge 5 but in a smaller package really am enjoying enjoying it, especially after the software update on the JBL portable app definitely a must have for your portable

[>85 dB] [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a few portable speakers and I have to that the JBL GO is my hands down favorite. The sound quality for such a small speaker is impressive and it lasts for between 6-8 hours per charge for me. When the weather was a little chillier I would hike with it in the pouch of my hoodie and now that it’s warmer it fits in the cell phone pocket of my shorts. I use it everyday when taking my dogs for a hike.

My son loves to clip it to his backpack and bring it with him to class so he can listen to music in between classes. So easy to connect to. Love that it has the ability to connect with other speakers! Definitely recommend!

[5.3] [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this JBL go 4 i use it mostly at work, and the volume is pretty loud, what i also like is that you can use the jbl app and has an option to turn on a volume boost which helps because in my shop it can get really loud sometimes because of our tire machines. I also tried it in the shower took the water pretty good just noticed that when it gets soaked or put in water the sound gets muffled a little but all i did was shake the water out the speaker and original sound came back right away i like that. Its also very portable fits perfect in my sweater pocket or jean pockets battery life is very good if you listen to it at normal levels, i like mine loud and both spanish and english music sounds very good
