[Yes] Perfect add on kit to my pair of Forza 300B's, for when I need color/accent, or just dont need to take a bigger kit.
The hard case is approximately the same size as a Forza 300 case.

Plenty of reviews of the photometrics out there, so I stick to usability. Wish they had supplied it with the V-mount grip, instead of the dual NPF battery grip. The handgrips are kind of a gimmick, so I took two of them out of the case and replaced them with the FL-11 fresnel.
Overall its a solid little kit with nice quality of light.

[Bluetooth] Just buy it. It is so powerful, and has so many awesome lighting scenes.

[Bowens S] As an indy film maker, you are always on the hunt for the highest value gear. You want the gear that doesn't make its name on overpriced gimmicky features. You want gear that does more for less. I started out just wanting the most powerful LED video light I could find without paying a fortune. It was difficult to find anything between the high end content creator panels and professional studio lights. Then I discovered this little gem trickling out of the factory. I had to wait for a couple months to get it but it was totally worth the wait.
You can read its stats but it is indeed very powerful. By far the brightest light I could find for under a thousand. When you add in the precision control you have over temperature and color, and its zoom function, there is no competition.
The light is more powerful than what you would need as a talking head content creator and you'd be better off getting more than one smaller light. But for an indy film maker working in a larger space I couldn't find anything that came even close for this pricepoint. Unless you already have a DMX set up, get the Godox RC-R9 remote for this light. It works really well, whereas the bluetooth phone app you can get is not good.

[Bluetooth] This little handy case goes with me for all the reviews that I do. Excellent fill and flowing highlight for products that reflect.
I also use it for fill light in complete dark areas when I am shooting with large strobes so that the Sony Camera can grab eye focus. These are very handy. I also use them as a pair during parties to take photos of friends and family. Soft light with a nice punch.

[Fan] If you're looking for continuous RGB-LAC light, you've found the right product. I had another brand but they were big, cheaply made and the color was inconsistent. These cost a little more but they are very well made, easy to use and the App is excellent. You can even take a photo of a certain color in the scene and have the lights use that color!


At first I thought they may be under powered for photoshoot shoots and video in a studio. They have plenty of power to light a medium size studio. I haven't had to use the special effects (such as Police Car, Candle/Fire, Disco,, etc) but they're easy to get to and looked great when I tried them out.

They're also pretty compact. The trade off for its compact size is that the battery is off-camera and will hang on your light stand. On the other hand, you can run these on batteries or plug them in. That's ultimate flexibility. These are so good, I bought 3 of them and will grab the Projection Attachment sooner or later too.

[1800 to 10,000K] The option to switch between bi-color & RGB, along with some of the very useful FX options like the firelight option is invaluable to have all in one light. The only thing that I wish about this light (which I'm sure they'll be producing some in the very near future) is a higher wattage. At the time of ordering this light, the 150w was the only available option. 300watts would've been nice but we'll make do with this for now.

[Bluetooth] The Godox SZ150R is a Bi-Color and RGB light with 150 watts of power that you can control with the app, remote, dmx, or if you're old school, the controls on the back of the light. What makes this light even more unique is that the beam angle can be adjusted from 20 to 65 degrees to flood or focus the light. The light has a CRI of 97, so it will blend well with other lights without causing any color shifting issues. This is a bright light that can be used for many practical applications, or also used as a creative light to add more color or effects to your shots

[22 x 11.6 x 9"] We have now purchased multiple of these and have loved them all. The more you purchase, the more you will want. They are perfect for tons of different situations and have been very useful.

[1x Reflector] WOW this light is about the size of my hand but it can put out some serious light!! Plus it's RGB! This is the best upgrade in my equipment at the moment, love how compact and powerful it is!
