The Proaim Powermatic Scissor Pro 17' Jib Crane Remotecomes with an upgraded speed controller remote system while continuing to support camera rigs and gimbals weighing up to 33 lb at its full 17' extension. The jib arm can extend from 3.3 to 17' up to 1.4"/sec using the motor and control system. The controller box unit is powered by a V-mount battery and connects to the speed remote via the included 6-pin LEMO cable.

Separately available counterbalance weights are required for extension and can be attached to the jib's weight rod. The 70 high-speed steel bearings maintain durability during operation. The arm mounts on a flat base tripod or dolly and features independent pan and tilt locks. An included LCD monitor mount positions your camera monitor for optimal viewing while performing sweeping movements at maximum extension. All the components fit inside the included flight case for storage and transport.

[33 lb / 15 kg] This jib held a 27lb unit with roughly 80lbs of counterweight and had no issues for normal operation. Setup was a little confusion and operation as well, but after figuring out how this system works we loved it. 5

[1000 N] I am a Videographer in Santa Clarita California. It took me 3 years of searching for the perfect Jib, my initial choice was Varizoom but they got so ultra expensive that I started looking into Proaim 10' wave 2, tripod kit with pan and tilt head, I got to say I made the right choice, this jib is perfect for me, because I can shorten or extend the arm length with out extra pieces. The build quality is great, very robust jib, no wobble whatsoever, I am buying a 6 inch mitchell extension at the tripod base, I think the tripod is a little shorter than I like, and I don't feel confident extending it higher, I think Proaim makes a tripod that can actually expand with no problem. [35 x 34 x 17"] I was looking for a compact, easy to use jib for real estate videos and some documentary actualities. I tried the DJI Osmo but it wasn't as smooth as I needed it to be (it still shows the slight up and down movements when you're walking, although it's really smooth otherwise). I've used Fisher dolly jibs and others and know how smooth they can be and while the Kessler Pocket Jib is no Fisher, it's still awesome. It's perfect for my needs. It's compact, easy to put together, very sturdy and works the way I hoped it would. When it's folded up, it's no larger than my collapsed Manfrotto tripod legs and it weighs about the same, maybe slightly less. The length is a big plus, too. I'm able to extend my tripod legs to full height and get large swooping shots when needed. I highly recommend to anyone looking for fluid and smooth dynamic shots with a compact jib. 5

[1000 N] Just received my Alphabet 21 after FedEx promptly lost the first one! Mad props to B&H for getting me a new one overnighted! You guys rock! And you might want to update the product listing and photos. I was beyond happily surprised to find out that this not only has the Tilt Lock mechanism, but it now also has PAN LOCK!!! The knob is right next to the bubble level. You can clearly see it in my photo and it doesn't exist in the product photo. EXTREMELY happy with this!! And will probably make my $$ back in just a few rentals for shoots! 5

[<55 dB] We just used it on our latest music video with a Canon C300 mark Ii rigged on it, and it handled perfectly. It's super flexible with the range, so if you are in a small room, it still works. The shots are so smooth because of it. 5
