[0.1 lb] Tiffen makes in my opinion the best lens filters and viewing filters. This Contrast- Color viewing filter is not the exception. It has a great built quality, is very solid and it gets the job done if you know how to use it properly. It was designed for film faster that 200 ISO but it could be use with digital. It got delivered sooner than the expected date.

Anyway You Could Purchase Tiffen 49mm Digital Neutral Density Filter Kit Together With The Tiffen Variable Viewing Filter. Question : Is It Okay For At The Sun When Checking The Movement Of Clouds? Answer : Not Yet. It Is Not Okay For At The Sun When Checking The Movement Of Clouds Without Additional ND Or UV Filters. But It Is A Great Tool For Gaffers And Directors Of Photography To Spot Strong Lights Or Keep Track Of The Sun Moving In And Out Of cloud Cover With Additional ND Or UV Filters. For Identifying The Position Of The Sun When It Is Behind Clouds To Determine Where Shadows Will Fall. Warning : Only Use To Find The Sun Behind Clouds. My Advice : You Could Purchase Tiffen 49mm Digital Neutral Density Filter Kit Together With The Tiffen Variable Viewing Filter.

[Single-Coating] I was at first a bit skeptical, however after receiving it I see that it’s going to be a big help with seeing in B&W. A little pricey but worth it in the long run.
