This 3 x 3" polyester LEE Filters 81EF Pale Amber & ND 3x3" 2-Stopcombines the extreme warming capabilities of an 81EF with a 2-stop Neutral Density filter.The 81 Series of filters control the bluish coloration that affects daylight film. They can also remove excessive blue from the effects of electronic flash. Good for general scenics when the photographer wishes to remove the bluish cast from open shade or just add warmth to the photograph, with an 81EF having the greatest effect.

The 81EF decreases color temperature from 3850 - 3200 degrees Kelvin.

Q: 1. would this work on aputure 120d ii? would it melt away or will stay fine

A: These gels can be used on an Aputure C120D II. While LED lights produce much less height, it is always a good idea to attach the gels with a bit of air space between them and the light.

Q: 2. Are the filters separated by something, or will they scratch against each other when taking a filter out or putting it back into the pouch?

A: They are separated by a soft piece of cloth, but there is a small gap at the bottom where they might. From my experience, carrying four filters as well as the mounting devices, there hasnt been any scratching.

Q: 3. Will the Big Stopper fit with the metal case?

A: No, it doesn't fit with the metal case. But I store the Big Stopper in one of the dividers, among other Lee filters, and they are all well protected.

Q: 4. In what light can I use it? Reflector? Could you advise me?

A: These gels are small sheets, slightly smaller than a sheet of office paper. They are not intended for large and powerful lights, which require a roll of gel rather than a sheet. These are best used on lights with a suitably small lens/aperture, such as a small LED panel or a fresnel like the Arri 650 or lower. If you are using hot lights, keep them a few inches away or the heat will melt them. They are fantastic for coloring smaller LED lights.

Q: 5. Does this gels work good on 2K or 3K Watt lights?

A: Noooooo! Don't use these gels on any tungsten lights 1K and up. I made a mistake one time and it burned right through a 1K arri. :/

Q: 6. Will the Lee filter holder fit inside this pouch?

A: The filters themselves fit very well and seem very protected. The filter holder that comes with the individual filters will not fit in the pouch. I do really like the pouch and its versatility. I would highly recommend it.

Q: 7. Will this Lee 105mm ring also work with the Cokin XL series of 130mm filter holders?

A: This ring only fits the Lee SW150 Mark II filter holder.

Q: 8. Will this Pouch also store the Foundation Kit?

A: I have not tried to put my foundation kit in this holder. I don't think it would work if you have the 100mm system with a polarizer ring and 9 filters.
