A: If you are using the RodeCaster Pro Integrated Podcast Production Studio, then the Audio-Technica AT2020 Cardioid Condenser Microphones should be connected directly to the XLR mic inputs on the RodeCaster Pro with phantom power turned on. It sounds like you may have the compressor and/or master compressor effects turned on and possibly set too high. The compressor is used to smooth and balance the dynamic range in your audio so your voice is clear, punchy, and intelligible. It can even out the audio so the softest parts of your speech can be heard and the loudest parts of your speech will not be overpowering or distorted. The master compressor affects the entire output of your podcast, so if the problem occurs with all of the mics, that may be what is causing the issue. Check the settings on both the regular and master compressor effects and adjust them as needed.
