The 24" x 100' Photo Luster 290 Inkjet Roll Paper from Hahnemuhle is a 290 gsm bright white luster paper. The roll features a microporous resin coating and a 96% opacity rating. The paper yields prints with consistent flatness and is compatible with both pigment and dye-based ink.

A: Yes, If yours is a 24 inch width printer. But You need the roller with the smaller roll diameter, which we had to purchase to use the paper. Our normal roll diameter is 4 and the luster paper had a 2 roll diameter. So the cost of that was around $80-100 from Canon.

A: The Canon Photo Paper Pro Luster (8.5 x 11", 50 Sheets) has a luster finish, which is a semi-gloss.

A: The Canon Premium RC Photo Luster Paper (255gsm) for Inkjet - 24 Wide x 100' Long is compatible with the IPF8100.

[96%] We print a lot at my institution. This is a bit spendy, but it is worth it in clean colors, easy unrolling, a good hand, a surface finish that has good color holdout without being too glossy. Tested about 7 papers a while ago costing up to 2x as much and this was the one we kept coming back to. 5

[Luster] We buy a fair amount of paper for our photo program. But this has become a favorite after being given a recommendation from another colleges photo program. Nice feel, good luster It's on the cheaper end of the Hahnemuhle lineup but it still feels gallery/luxury. Prints are great, good color holdout, nice and bright. 5

[13.5 lb] Got a roll of this on the advice of a faculty member at another college. I got it for my personal work but we quickly adopted it for the lab. Good feel and handling, great color hold-out, doesn't have the plastic-y vibe of its competitors. It's not the cheapest, but it is a great value. 5

[26 x 7 x 6"] We tested a bunch of papers for our university studio. This was clearly the top pick. Great hand, not plastic-y, instant dry, de-rolls easily, and it is at a reasonable price point without compromising the final image. No complaints at all. Hahnemuhle has the rep for a reason. 5

[Luster] Bought this for our college photo lab as an experiment. Very happy with the results. Hard to quantify exactly how it's working but it seems to have better ink holdout than our previous standard rc papers. Images feel richer, like we added bit depth and didn't just change a paper roll. 5
