It is a little snug and a little tricky to install, but I prefer that to a sloppy fit. The velour covering is very comfortable, no fatigue even after using the headphones all day.

The good news is that they most definitely are fantastic! Since the equivalent to the original earpad eplacements were out of stock, I went with the velour upgrades. They are very comfortable and adequately replace the OEM earpads for my Sony headphones. I would purchase them again in a heartbeat.

[0.065 lb] I have the Motorheadphones and needed replacement earpads. After a lot of measuring and searching online, I finally found these earpads. These fit perfectly (takes a little effort and patience to get them on, because it's a tight fit) and they have the same feel and quality as the original earpads. Definitely recommended if you like the velour earpads and need replacements.

[9.35 x 4.7 x 1"] I go through a set of ear pads every year or two on my Sony MDRv-6 headphones. I thought the velour wouldn't be as sticky and hot in the summer. The pads fit the cans well and don't seem to affect the sonic quality. They're also comfortable. I'd buy them again. If this was for work at the studio (sharing) I'd stick with the faux leather for sanitary reasons.

[0.065 lb] I pranked someone at work by putting tiger balm (think Ben gay) on their headphones... so worth it. But they couldn't get the smell out so... yeah. Fits great and much better than the plasticy stuff
