The 11 x 17" Photo Luster 290 Inkjet Paper from Hahnemuhle contains 25 sheets of bright white luster paper. The 290 gsm Photo Luster features a microporous resin coating and a 96% opacity rating. A: I have the Canon Pro100...under print paper size is listed, Letter 8.5 X 11 22 X 28cm.

A: I would use the profile that Epson and or the paper manufacture rec amends.

Q: 5. Can the Epson Metallic Luster paper be used on injet or laser printers?

A: It is only compatible on inkjet printers.

A: The Canon Photo Paper Pro Luster is both pigment and dye ink compatible.

A: You MUST call Epson. I have the1400 and it turns out that I could not. Looking at the website for the paper can be misleading, so call them before you buy.

Q: 8. Can I get 12X18 photo paper?

A: I am pretty certain the standard sizes for photo paper are 13x19, 4x6, 8x10, 8.5x11. I imagine you would have to cut and inch off each side of 13x19 to get 12x18.

Q: 9. Why doesn't this paper come in 5x7 sheets? OR do people alter the 8.5x11 sheets into 5x7; I use Canon premium pro Matte 8.5 x 11 to tone down troublesome after dark imaging; I like the Canon Pro Luster for portraiture

A: I cut it down to 5x7 sheets. I think it is a very nice photo paper for any enlargements.

Q: 10. Is this paper safe for a color laser printer?

A: Yes.

[Single] I use this paper as a professional photographer because it's thickness. It doesn't buckle when framed. And it's a high quality luster paper. 5

[290 gsm] The quality can not be beat. The colors in print match my screen whereas I was using another brand it had a blue cast to it whenever I printed. I buy the 17 x 22 sheets to cut them up to smaller sizes, as needed. My printer can not take any larger size sheets so these do the trick. 5

[Single] Don't go cheap and don't go expensive. This is the perfect paper priced in the middle. And it's thick enough to stay flat. Most important. 5

[110%] I have tried a lot of ink jet papers that produce a good image that isn't overly glossy but has a large tonal range. Long term fading isn't of interest to me - the photographs I print are generally for short periods of viewing and definitely are no longer needed in ten years. This luster paper is the best I've found to date that meets all of my needs and is fairly reasonably priced. I print on an Epson SureColor P800 and use the Hahnemuhle profile for this paper. 5

[110%] This one, along with Ilford smooth pearl are my favorite papers for A3 and above sizes because of their heavy weight and therefore easier handling. Colors stand out well with a high contrast level. Great paper for the price as well. 5
