Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. How many slide can I store with this $89 purchase it is unclear if it is 1200 or 3600?

A: The Archival Methods 07062 35mm Slide Storage System (Tan), B&H # ARSSB35TKQ, stores 1200 cardboard-mounted 35mm slides or approximately 600 glass-mounted slides.

Q: 2. How many 8.5 by 11 photos will this hold?

A: While the number of images the Lineco Drop-Front Archival Box (8.6 x 11.1 x 3", Blue/Gray) may hold depends on the material and the thickness of said material the photos are printed on, the manufacturer states a rough estimate would be approximately 100 images alone (with no sleeves or interleaving tissue).

Q: 3. How deep is this box?

A: 2 1/2 deep

Q: 4. How many sleeves do I get?

A: This SKU is for a pack of 100 sleeves.

Q: 5. Is there an opening to slide the paper into the film sleeve for making contact sheets?

A: Unfortunately, it does not. We'd recommend a contact printer with 35mm film strip holders: https://bhpho.to/3ASqNnn

Q: 6. Will this will fit an 8"x10" contact sheet ?

A: Yes.

Q: 7. How many 6x7 frames will this hold per row?

A: This one can hold 3 6x7 frames per row for a total of 9 frames.

Q: 8. 1.Is this the same with 35-7BXW?(If not,what's the different?)2.what's the different with B&H # PR357625 MFR # 010-01183.Can it fit with B&H # VUSTBBQ MFR # V200?

A: It's the same, I just ordered some. 7 strips of 6 frames = 42 frames. And they fit inside the Safe-T-Binder. I just ordered more of those too but I have both next to me and they fit.

Q: 9. I want to know if I can store my 5x7 in this box or only 4x6?

A: The box is only 4.5" tall so 5x7 photo won't fit.

Q: 10. Is it only 3 holes? Or does it have 7 like the 35mm sheet? Also, what's the difference between an "oversized binder" and regular binder?

A: It has 3 holes for use in a standard 3 ring binder. Oversize binders are longer for larger size storage pages.

[0.65 lb] Reasonable price for archival box. I have used them for years with no problem.

[Yes] I purchased this Print File archival box and also a comparable Archival Methods box. The Print File board material is twice as thick as the Archival Methods product, and feels much sturdier. The construction is very good on both.
