Q: 1. What size is this product 48-019? Title says for 13x19" print, but window says 11.9x17.9 for 12x18" print?

A: 11.9 x 17.9" (30.2 x 45.5 cm) is the window opening. This will allow for a boarder if you are working with 13x19 paper. If you make the print a 12x18 (on a 13x19 paper) the window opening will not take much off the print.

Q: 2. Please clarify the capacity of this system. The description says it stores 200 cardboard-mounted slides and also holds 1200 cardboard-mounted 35 mm slides. ???

A: Total capacity of system (big box) is 1200 slides. Each of the smaller long boxes holds 200 slides. Has smaller open top boxes that hold 25 slides that fit inside the 200 slide box and also includes dividers. Actual total slide capacity +/- depending on style of slide (cardboard more / some plastic less). Used the system to ship slides for scanning, worked very well. Very pleased with product.

Q: 3. Are the mats acid free?

A: Yes, they are. Very good quality.

Q: 4. about how many archival sleeve pages will fit in this depth of box?

A: 250 archival sleeve pages will fit Archival Methods 06-001 Binder Box with 1.5" O-Ring.

Q: 5. Dose it work safely with Blackmagic 4k camera?

A: The Blackmagic Production Camera 4K will support 11-30V DC so the Bescor will safely power it. The battery is not wired out of the box though for compatibility with this camera.

A: The Archival Methods Bright White Pre-Cut Exhibition Mat (11 x 14" Board for 8.5 x 11" Print, 5-Pack) is archival material. The mat is made of 100% cotton fiber that is acid- and lignin-free, and incorporates alkaline or neutral sizing, and the linen tape is a pH-neutral water-activated adhesive.

A: Please disregard-- found it in the specs.

Q: 8. How many pages will fit in this box?

A: It depends upon what you store in the box, for slides about 20 pages, for prints about 80 pages.

Q: 9. How many slide can I store with this $89 purchase it is unclear if it is 1200 or 3600?

A: The Archival Methods 07062 35mm Slide Storage System (Tan), B&H # ARSSB35TKQ, stores 1200 cardboard-mounted 35mm slides or approximately 600 glass-mounted slides.

Q: 10. Is there acid in these mats or the linen tape? If so, how much does that effect the longevity of the photos I would mount? Thanks!

[1.4 lb] Not much to critique about foam core; it is what it is. If you have a thin frame, and don't want to make your sandwich from another piece of expensive museum board, this makes a great, acid-free base, and takes up little space. 5

[1.4 lb] When I need to stuff a stack of prints into my suitcase, I place foam board on the top and bottom of the stack and tie the whole package together so nothing slips. That protects the edges and corners from getting banged up. It's lightweight and tough for this use. This 1/8 inch size is easy to cut to size on my Rotatrim cutter and strong enough to protect the prints. 5

[1.4 lb] When you print on a Canon Pro 1000 you can print 17x22 and yet, you can't often find a board to protect that size when you put it in a plastic bag for delivery. Here is the solution. I love it. It is on my constant order list. 5
