Yeah all of that fit in it. It was very heavy and I didn't use or feel the need to use the chest strap or the waist strap for that matter. It was fine. the longest hike was 5 km's on mainly flat rocky surface.

A: You will be best served with a larger/taller bag: the combined length of the D5 and the 200-400mm lens is about 18" and the 350 AW II has an interior camera compartment measuring 15.4". The 450 AW II's camera compartment measures 16.5", which is actually still a bit short to be ideal. If you remove the lens from the camera body, you should be able to fit everything into the smaller 350 AW II bag.
