A: Hi Harvey, This light stand has a /4"-20 threaded top which can accommodate an adapter which can hold a smartphone or tablet. Just make sure the adapter has 1/4"-20 threads.

A: Main shaft, legs & struts are anodized aluminum extrusions. Pivots are heavy duty steel rivets. Main shaft clamps are of a thick cast plastic with steel threaded bolts capped with plastic. The central base plate is also relatively think plastic component. Overall, a well made lightweight stand & good value for light to medium usage, however it's not likely to hold up for a Pro that require steady daily use requiring frequent broken down & transport. [100 MHz] Ethercon's expensive, and this cable runs dear even for ethercon. But compared to most other ethercon cables I've handled, this SuperCat from Rat Sound's SoundTools line works really well for stage sound-the jacketing lets it lie as flat as a mic cable instead of twisting and coiling the way most ethercon does. As a bonus, the purple version is easy to identify when setting/striking, but the color is matte enough that it's not much more obvious on stage (from the audience perspective) than regular stage-black cable. During the pandemic, it's a long wait for this SuperCat. If you are able to wait, though, worth it for quality and features. 5

[RJ45 Male] Solid cable for critical installations. Coils nicely, quality metal-edge molded RJ-45 connectors that look like they'll hold up for a long time. This is also one of the only molded cables that the little plastic release tab hasn't broken off on in our collection. I wish that design would get better, but appreciate that they've built a solid one in the meantime. 5

[Snagless] These little pico tools from Kramer are an excellent solution at a good price point. Using these with 572 receivers and a Kramer 2x4 HDMI distro on the front end to send presentations to three screens over 100' of qualified (Kramer uniKat) CAT6 cable. It just works. No latency, no glitching, no resolution limits up to and including 1920 x 1080. Rack amount accessories make for a clean, manageable installation. The 572 receivers get power over ethernet, so no wall wart required at the receiver end. 5

[Gold] I have several pairs of PT-571/PT-572+ transmitter/receivers. They work the first time... every time. Picture and sound are great. Very little delay. I have cable lengths as long as 250 feet. 5

[100 MHz] I use SoundTools CAT5 audio on nearly every recording job. It is easily deployed, thin, and extendible with passive couplers. In order to use phantom power, the cable must be grounded. This cable has separate grounded shields for each pair, resulting in no noticeable crosstalk. SoundTools SuperCAT excels in every detail. The hard shell vinyl jacket is on the stiff side, but withstands the abuse mobile setups often endure. I've tried other brands, but this produce is the best. 5

[6.5 x 6.1 x 1"] This piece (2) of equipment worked perfectly the first time I attached them and used them. They seem to be extremely well -constructed�and�were literally plug and play. I appreciated the nut that attached the power� to the unit to make it really secure. 5

[RJ45 Male] Shielded Ethercon cable is necessary if you use this cable for microphones with phantom power. I bought other cable, cheaper and more available, with spotty results. The SoundTools cable is premium quality (and price), but built to last. I wouldn't want a piano to roll over it, but if it happens I'll probably still be in business. 5
