The blue Comprehensive CAT6a Shielded Patch Cable enables 10-Gigabit data transmission over a 4-conductor 24 AWG shielded twisted-pair copper cable, allowing connection distances of up to 328.08’ (100 m). This 7' cable has been designed to meet Cat6a requirements that comprise of an electrical specification and an alien crosstalk of 500 MHz. Furthermore, Comprehensive has outfitted this cable with snagless boots and 50µ gold-plated contacts.

[10GbE] I purchased this Comprehensive Category 6a Ethernet cable in lengths of 3', 7', 10' and 50' and all of them perform perfectly. The 10' length was a special order item but it arrived within two weeks. My only suggestion is that this cable be made available in colors other than blue, such as black, white, red, green, orange, pink. purple, brown, and gray. With specific regard to the blue colored cables offered by B&H, the blue is quite dark which makes it difficult, especially under typical domestic household lighting conditions, to read the black markings on the cable. Otherwise, this is a great product. 5
